In Palm Springs in 2045, an alien robot shows up at a store. He sees a magazine cover with DJ S'more Money and vows to challenge him to a death duel.

In 2021, Zari gets a message from her assistant that DJ S'more has been killed by an alien during a taping of "Da Throne."

Mick takes the day off while the rest of the team goes to 2045 to save DJ S'more.

At a taping of "Da Throne," the alien robot -- AKA Lord Knoxicrillion faces off against Nate and Behrad. When he takes them down, DJ S'more awards him the golden buzzer, allowing him through to the finals.

Ava tricks the alien onto the Waverider and traps him. He breaks free, but the Legends convince him to change his death duel into a singing duel with "Da Throne."

Les-Lay tells Zari that her brand is not doing well.

Zari enters the singing competition as the wild card. She wins the first round and makes her way into the finals.

Gary transforms into his alien form and eats the people who are hunting him and Sara, who turn out to be Ava clones. Sara sees a clone and follows her.

Constantine hears Zari telling her mother that what she and he have is just a fling. He does an interview with Zari as her new boyfriend, and he storms out. Constantine tells Zari that he is done.

Ava's clone takes Sara to a spaceship. Sara knocks her out.

Constantine tells Zari that he wants their relationship to be real. She sings a song about falling in love for the competition and he back her up on the guitar.

Zari is declared the winner. Knox declares his defeat. Rory kills him. He tells the team that they should start looking for the commander of the alien ship Sara was on -- Kayla.

Sara finds a man on the spaceship.
