Cookie returns to Empire after some time away for her suspected heart attack and is shocked to find that the board members are worried about the company. 

Determined to keep Eddie at bay, Lucious puts a plan in motion to take him down, but he learns Eddie was $10 million from him. 

Lucious works with Shine to get new music from the boys, but he asks Shine to sing a song before taking him away and having him killed for trying to kill him. 

Lucious wants to use the money from the song Shine performed to get Empire back ahead of the game. 

Anika reeled Tiana in and the two ladies spoke to the board members to get Eddie reinstated as Andre looked in the window because he realized what was going on. 

Jamal was caught by Becky with his new group and he urged her not to tell his family because he was happy.
