- Link wants to go to Minnesota to tell Amelia he loves her and wants their family together for Christmas.
- David and Kai arrive at GSM for a surgery.
- Mer and Hayes catch up now that she's back in GSM. She tells him about how she was dreaming of Derek when she was sick, and that Hayes' wife Elizabeth is probably still with them too.
- They share a sweet moment and she tells him that she remembers him talking to her when she was in a coma.
- Ben and Bailey are trying to get an appointment in with their lawyer for custody agreement.
- Wright comes with coffee for Bailey and Ben teases her for having a young, hot resident who worships her.
- Megan tells Hayes that if her son dies, then so will she, and she's not interested in sticking around.
- They found a heart for Farouk. It's in Oregon
- Jo is shocked to see that Amelia is in town again after Link left to find Amelia.
- Jo calls Link and tells him about Amelia.
- Teddy, Owen, and Hayes are all headed to Oregon to get the heart and Hayes wants to tell them about Megan.
- David tells Mer about his notes for his wife, kids, and grandkids and apologizes to Mer for how he's been behaving.
- Wright takes a raincheck from doing a surgery with Webber because he wants to do one with Bailey to everyone's surprise at his boldness.
- Mer is nervous about her surgery on David and vomits from the pressure of it all.
- Webber tells Maggie about the Webber method, and she doesn't want it taking place in cardio.
- Hayes tries to tell Owen and Teddy about Megan and how depressed she is, but they don't want to listen and think she'll be okay.
- Levi and Helm treat a podcaster who Levi likes.
- David has a fever,so the can't take him into surgery yet.
- The doctor transplanting the heart feels ill and slumps at the wheel, causing an accident that sends them off the road.
- The driver had a stroke and they're dangling over the side. The car feels like it's about to fall over and they cannot move or the car will fall.
- They send Farouk into surgery to have him waiting while Megan sits with her mother in the waiting room.
- Bailey and Wright perform the surgerytogether and Wright's technique is flawless. He wants to study Bailey.
- Link practices what he wants to say to Amelia on Jo, and she still has feelings for him.
- David needs his bowel repaired and David wants her to fix it and not tell the FDA about it.
- Levi gets cocky and doesn't wait for Webber the way he's supposed to and Devon starts bleeding out.
- Teddy crawls out of the car with the heart and Owen and Hayes are left dangling.
- Amelia talks Kai through a meditation process to calm them.
- Kai and Amelia kiss and Link sees it.
- David is hypertensive.
- Levi's patient bleeds out and they rush down to help, but they make him call time of death.
- Owen tells Hayes to get out of the car and that he gave Noah the drugs to die and he needs to give those other drugs to more soldiers.
- When Hayes climbs out, the car falls.
