Eve checks on Sam. Riley is still angry at her. She and Josh go stand in line for food. The cop has begun rationing food and a fight breaks out. As everyone is fighting, a giant ground sloth appears. Everyone runs, and the cop drops a candy bar. The sloth attacks it and lots of other food.

The team is thinking of pilots for the rescue mission. Gavin knowns an old friend.

Scott and Eve realize the sloth was extinct. Scott states again he thinks they time-traveled back to 10,000 BC. Eve agrees and says in order to survive, they need to hunt.

Levi has flashbacks to right after Izzy's accident and when Gavin and Eve's marriage was in trouble. In the present, he's sorry he didn't believe Gavin.

Ty and Eve catch a rabbit but then see a bear. They run to a cave for safety, but the bear barricades the wall in, and they are trapped.

Sam can't feel his legs. The excess fluid is putting pressure on his spinal cord, and he needs Riley to drain it. She asks Scott and Josh to help. They brought her heroin to use as a painkiller.

Ty and Eve ran into Marybeth and Lucas in the cave. After arguing, Ty found a way out on the other side of the water.

Gavin pointed to where his family was on a map, in a clearing. He and Levi had lots to discuss like how Levi loved his wife. All that mattered to Gavin was that Levi brought his family home, but the plane kept having issues.

It looked like Levi was gone too, but when he landed, he opened his eyes.
