Law & Order Season 21 Episode 8 gives Price and Maroun a tough case to deal with.

When a CFO is found dead in her apartment, the cops have no shortage of suspects, but everyone has an alibi. The victim was a whistleblower who was speaking to a reporter about her boss being toxic, and she also had just pulled a multimillion dollar deal. Just when the cops think they are getting nowhere, they find some security footage that leads them to a new suspect... and then to the killer.

At arraignment, the defendant's lawyer asks for bail because he has migraines and needs his wife's help. The judge quickly rejects that argument, but Baker screams that he didn't do it and fights being dragged away. Soon after, his attorney asserts an insanity defense.

Baker claims that his migraines are caused by Havana Syndrome and that the disease also causes him to dissociate and act out violently. Price doesn't think this is true, especially as there's no medical evidence, and insists on trying the case despite McCoy wanting him to plead it out.
