Recap

In his court testimony, Katsumoto flashes back to being sent to the death scene of Michael Walker.

Walker's brother Tate claims Michael, who had a drinking problem, slipped, hit his head, and fell into his pool.

Gordon begins to doubt Tate's story when he sees any empty six-pack but only five empty bottles.

The two brothers were fighting over their mother's estate.

Tate's defense attorney brings up Katsumoto's being fired by HPD, which casts doubt on his testimony in the jury's minds.

A hung jury results and the P.A. refuses to retry the case.

Jin meets a housesitter when he goes to pick up the dog belonging to one of his clients, Mrs. F.

She tells him that his services won't be needed for a couple of weeks while Mrs. F  is on her cruise.

Juliet worries that she and Thomas spend too much time together.

Higgins will look into Margot with Jin while Magnum meets with Gordon.

Katsumoto, who has been ordered off the Walker case, wants Thomas to find new evidence that will convince the P.A. to refile.

Margot's records come up clean but Jin is still suspicious of her.

Rick uses his connections to get Magnum into the exclusive cigar club that is Tate's alibi.

The surveillance footage isn't available so Thomas engages Tate himself. But Tate recognizes him.

Magnum questions Pierre, the P.I. used by Tate's first defense attorney, who dropped Tate as a client.

Pierre says Tate refused to turn over a file for Ocean Sunset Holdings to that attorney.

That company made a payment of $50,000 to James Harris right after Tate was charged. Their mother had paid Harris $100,000 back in 2003.

Jin receives a text from Mrs. F but he believes Margot sent it.

When Margot leaves, Jin tries to enter the Frederick residence but Margot has change the security code.

Jin gets stuck in the doggy door while attempting to break in and calls Juilet.

In desperation, Jin has Pippin use his rope toy to pull in Jin after Margot returns.

Looking into old employees of the Walkers, Thomas disappears that Paula Nelson, a maid, disappeared in 2003.

Jin overhears that Margot is embezzling funds from Mrs. F.

Trying to escape the house, Jin hides in the back of Margot's car. As she drives away with him in the vehicle, he discovers Mrs. F in the trunk with him.

He calls Higgins to let her know what he's found out.  Then his phone dies.

Magnum and Katsumoto grill Harris about Nelson's disappearance.

Backed into a corner, Harris recalls Tate's murder of Nelson.

Tate dropped by to pay off Harris a few days after Michael's death.

Mrs. F, who Jin thought was dead, wakes up and talks to him and he shrieks, causing Margot to pull off and grab her gun.

Margot shoots at T.C.'s chopper but Juliet and her sniper rifle have truer aim.

Thomas determines that Paula was buried under a concrete patio near where Michael was killed. They locate her body there.

Higgins decides she and Thomas don't need to spend time apart.
