- Oggy is trying out news things and wanting to see if he blew up his life for good reason and decides he made a mistake.
- Max and Wilder are running together and having fun when a car almost hits them. Max pulls Wilder out the way and the car hits a boy and his grandmother. Max and Wilder ar ewith them when they head to New Amsterdam and an ambulance chaser is after them.
- The lawyer with Max's help wants to sue the city of NYDC over the crosswalk.
- Parents bring in a boy who seems to be acting out and say they can't figure out what to do with him, but it turns out that he's Deaf and doesn't know ASL so he can't communicate.
- The lawyer and Max win the case but she tells him that they won't even paint it so it's pointless and charges him five grand.
- Lauren still hasn't heard from her sister and is worried.
- Casey is back at the hospital and notices that something is up with her.
- The parents tell Iggy that the audiologist and speech therapist told them their son didn't need to learn ASL becuse it would hinder his speech, but he only speaks 78 words, less than a two year old, and has speech deprivation.
- Iggy starts little signs with him and that helps and then takes him to see Wilder in surgery to see her communicating and thriving.
- Max and the lawyer are still on their quest to talk to city folks to get them to paint the crosswalk.
- Lauren accidenttally poisons the staff in the ER with food posi
- Wilder does Anna's surgery and she may be paralyzed.
- Iggy sets them up with a school that could be beneficial to Jael but the parents don't want him to go initially. However he does despite it being four hours away.
- Lauren doesn't go after her sister and goes to AA instead.
- Max ands Callie pain the crosswalk themselves.
- FLoyd has his father placed on 72 hour hold.
