- veryone finds out and reacts strongly to the news that ROe V. Wade got overturned.
- Karen wants Max to do something and to have the full disposal of the hospital's resources.
- Lauren is upset about what's happening and talks about how it affected her. Floyd pieces together that she must've been pregnant when they were together at some point and she got an abortion.
- Wilder tells her partient that she has cervical cancer. The woman is also pregnant.
- Wilder tells her that she needs a DNC to have an abortion to save herself and start having chemotherapy.
- The patient says she was happy about Roe V. Wade getting overturned, and she's not having an abortion.
- Max makes phone calls to hear how he can help.
- protests happen outside of the women's clninic and Iggy tries to deescalate a situation when a man attacks a woman trying to go the clinic. Iggy punches the guy out when the man grabs the woman.
- Max tells Todd that he wants to open an abortion clinic on Fort Hood.
- Max appeals to Todd as a libertarian and gets him on the cause.
- Iggy has to apologize to the man he punched in order to get released, but he won't do it. Martin comes in and tells him that while he's proud of him, it's a slippery slope of knowing that they can't take their rights as gay men for granted right now and they have to think about the fight they may have to keep their kids.
- Lauren and Floyd bicker with each other about the abortion she had and her not telling him.
- The surgical team don't want to go through with this surgery because of the resources and the costs to her.
- Max comes up with floating abortion clinics because of the federal waters
- The kids ask Lauren about the ruling and she shares with them the two times she had an abortion and tells them how much she needs them to get into Obstetridcs and more
- They tell Michelle she couldn't get the cancer out and she wants to go to a different doctor.
- Max tells the doctor in Texas that he bought the warehous and they can run an illegal abortion clinic in the warehouse. She says no so then he offers a space at New Amsterdam.
- Wilder lets her patient go.
- Lauren and Floyd make their amends.
- Karen tells Max about a friend she lost back then and they talk about how hopeless they feel.
- Max asks an OBGYN how to do a DNC.
