Ralph Angel leaves in tears after Darla tells him that Blue might not be his. Darla is so upset that she calls out from work.
Darlene encourages Darla and Blue to come live with them to give Ralph Angel some time and space. Hollywood finds Ralph Angel passed out drunk in the boat on Violet’s property.
Violet tells Hollywood she has Lupus, but says she doesn’t want to be a burden to him like Leigh Anne was. Hollywood insists they will manage this together because he’s not going anywhere. He pushes her to tell the rest of the family.
The Landrys threaten to pull the leases on any farms they own who choose to mill with Queen Sugar. Charley retaliates by trying to get the business of Martin Bennington, the Landry’s cousin with 20,000 acres of sugar cane to mill.
Martin makes it clear he would like to date Charley, even when she says she’s involved with someone else. Later, he sends her some expensive Scotch as a thank you for their meeting, and Remy isn’t pleased.
Charley confides in Micah that Remy wants children. Micah says he likes Remy, and then jokes about being a big brother.
Micah questions the Confederate war display at school which exalts the “valiant efforts to protect the South.” Keke encourages him to make some noise about it.
Nova is asked to head a task force to allocate funds from an HHS block grant for the lower 9th, but she gets pushback about heading into the board room from some members in her community who think she’s only in this for her own exposure.
