Andy, Vic, and Maya go out for a girl's night. Vic and Maya want to help Andy find a new guy. 

Travis is annoyed by Glen being too attentive and he vents to Ben. 

Sullivan decides to sign everyone specialties he wants them to learn. Andy gets recruitment, which has her less than enthused. 

 Ryan and his team raid a poker game. Ryan comes face to face with his dad. 

Sullivan puts Maya in charge of their fire call to practice being lieutenant. Travis and Vic are still fighting on the job. 

The water supply is down. The plan is to let it burn until Jack discovers there are squatters inside. They go in to try and rescue the kids while Maya works to find another water supply. 

Ryan is forced to respond to a call with his father in his car. 

Sullivan chews Maya out for being fixated on the water instead of delegating it. He resumes command. 

Andy reactivates the sprinkler system in the building, but there's an accelerant in the pipes that causes the fire to rage even harder.  Miller and Andy end up trapped inside with the kids. 

Sullivan gets Miller's team out, but Andy's is still stuck. They finally get water and douse the building, getting everyone out. 

Montgomery decides to try the firefighter's support group with Vic. 

Jack reveals he grew up in the foster system. Miller invites him to move in.
