- Jack is still spiraling. Ava takes drugs and makes him take some too and now he hallucinates Rigo.
- Sullivan is headed to Oregon after a long shift with Bishop to meet up with his online girlfriend.
- Beckett is in the Halloween spirit. He pulls a prank and dumps fake blood on Maya.
- Eli comes into the firehouse and wants to be Travis' campaign manager and makes his pitch that seems to be working.
- Theo tries to talk to maya about burning herself out but she doesn't want to listen.
- They respond to a small incident at a halloween corn maze but while they're treating a person, two people start a fire in the corn mazes.
- Jack tells Eva he's seeing Rigo, and she calls him a loser and sick.
- Sullivan is mad that they have to hide things.
- A woman says her son and husband are stuck in the burning corn maze. Maya defies orders by crawling up the ferris whell
- Rigo talks sense into Jack during his pity party
- Bishop almost falls off the ferris wheel when the generator blows but she guides them to rescuing someone. She thien hops off and injures her ankle and heads to find more people.
- She almost dies as the fire gets bad and they fight to get to her and the father/son but it turns out okay.
- Theo goes off on both maya and Beckett for hwo they're behaving and how risky that whole thing was.
- Beckett finally tells Maya to go off shift because she's been working too hard.
- Maya finally makes up with Carina and says she's coming home to get some sleep.
- Jack shows up at the station. He wants to see Prue.
- Andy and Vic want to do a program to encourage girls to get into firefighting.
- Warren pretends to be having a siezure to scare Beckett.
- Maya cries in the shower.
