Andy and Maya show Ross the photos and want to help her get ahead of things, but she's shutting down and wants to figure things out on er own. She also doesn't want anyone to tell Sullivan before she can.

Ross approaches Dixon about the pictures. He wants her endorsement.

The team respnods to a big fire and Ross can't get ahold of Sullivan because of it.

Maya shows up at the hospital so they can spend the day together, but Carina is a bit overwhelmed after a tough shift.

Warren falls through the roof and into flames when he's on a scene assessing things.

The woman at the scene tells him that 19 people are living in this 4 bedroom apartment and she's keeping the clean and off the street but some of them are still missing while they're also worried about Warren in there.

Ben finds two of the other people as he's getting out but one of them is in need of help.

Carina is grateful that Maya took the day off and they end up partying with some bachelorettes at Joe's

Ross goes to the other memebs in FD to tell them about Dixon's intentions and admits that she has been in a relationship with Sullivan.

Carina and Maya joke about not being able to have a first date without a medical emergency after helping and sending the girl who fell off the bar off.

They have to get out of there because the second floor is collapsing and Theo makes the call for  a retreat. Meanwhle Warren is tryhing to get each person out one by one.

Warren comes out with the kid but they stop him from going back inside. It's too much fire. They lose the guy and the other one is so upset that Warren didn't get back. he's beating himself up and Andy is still triggered from losing her father the same way.

Carina and Maya have sex in the shower. Carina says that she can't move back into the apartment because it's too painful for her.  Maya promises to help rebild what they have and apoogizes again.

Sullivan gets a call from his union rep about the relationsihp and Ross lies and tells him that she was the one who told them the truth and doesn't elaborate.

Ross and Gibson reassure Theo that he made the b est call.

Ross and Sullivan argue about what happened because he's upset she went to the union without him. And he's also angry that she keeps talking about being chief.

Andy tells Travis that it's okay for him to date Eli becuase he's better for him than Andy.

Kate, someone from Travis and Theo's past is their new sub and Vic is already annoyed by it.
