Powell manages to rub everyone the wrong way when she makes comments about the Sullivan and ross situatoin. She also has nicknames for everyone because she doesn't remember them all but that doesn't include Gibson.

Vic is annoyed by her.

Beckett returms professing to be in a better space and is on tempoarary stationin while Theo is still in charge. Everyone is thrown off by how well he appears to be and his sincerity with everyone including Maya and others.

Andy talks to Sullivan about the situation and he tells her she can't be mad at him for not telling her the truth. She also calls him out on pouting and how he's treating Ross.

Andy goes to Ross who has the mayor calling for her resignation among other things and is dealing with the fallout from this scandal. She tries to talk Ross into fighting.

Ross appears to be giving up and planned to pack her things and just leave.

Afer some back and forth with Andy making her case reminding Ross of everything she means and represents in the psotoion and changing the rules and standing up for herself, Ross caves and intends to do that. But she expressed how tired she was and how she wanted both her job and the man and the pressures she faced and all of it. She also tells Andy that she will be a good chief one day and not just because of her.

Ben spends all of his time at the hospital with Milo, the guy that he got out of the rehab house. He meets Milo's mother who feels ashamed that she fell out of touch with her son and sent him away because of his addiction.

she and ben bond over guilt and more. Milo wakes up and fights against the tube in his mouth and the mother is happy that he's alive. When Milo sees Ben he tells him that he lied and he hates him.

Miranda has to usher Ben away before he breaks down in front of Milo and his mother.

Becett has no inentions of taking his job back which makes both Theo and Andy think about the positon.

Beckett gives Theo a personalized gift that his captain gave him after cooking for everone and pologizig and Vic expresses concern implying that Beckett could be suicidal.
