It's the day for Andy to get her stripes, and Maya is walking into the room and feels the tension. She tries to show pics of Liam but Ben and travis are still bickering and snipng at each other while Vic still looks worn out.

Andy tells them that Theo resigned.

The chief wants to see Vic, and she seems upset about having to face Natasha.

Ross tells Vic that her plan was denied and that Crisis One is no longer in the budget.

Maya apologizes to Beckett and he tells her they're good because of the whiskey incident.

Andy confides in Maya about how she feels like she's failing. Maya gives her a pep talk. Andy asks Maya to pin her at her surgery.

Sullivan shows Ben the engagement ring and asks how he proposed to Bailey.

Ben starts taking some drugs for his back.

Carina calls to check in on Maya from the IVF appointment she's at.

They get a call to a scene and hear Gibson on the line. He's an operator now. they're excited to hear him on there. He telsl them about smoke and an issue at the Space Needle.

A surge at a substation knocks out all the power which is where there is issues at the Space needle. Travis has to ease Vic down so she can assist people inside one portion as a husband speaks about his wife having epileptic issues.

Maya and Beckett are supposed to be working together, but he keeps going ahead of her.

Andy is feeling the pressure from a high profile incident involving a landmark.

The fire has moved into the ventilation system.

While in the parking garage, an impatient driver annoyed with how slow Carina is moving as she looks after Liam too tries to get around and ends up in a car accident.

Carina assists the injured people in the car while she puts a bystander in charge of looking after Liam.

One of the people in the elevator freaks out and knocks Vic's bag out of the tower. Meanwhile, she assists the epileptics.

Theo shows up to assist Carina. He's working with a private EMT service.

Beckett gets carried away again and falls down because he rappelled to fast, leaving Maya and others scrambling to ensure he's good as he goes down to assist Vic with the epileptic and other person having a panic attack.

Sullivan and Ben are struggling to contain the ventilation fire and need next steps and they're running out of oxygen.  Travis gets nervous about possibly losing  Ben before he can apologize. Sullivan tries to talk to Ben but Ben is fading fast.

Carina sets the brother's arm and gets back with Liam and says she wishes he could've met Andrew.

Vic loses her cool with everyone, but eventually, she's able to talk to them all to get everything under control while Beckett assists.

Ben tells Sullivan to look after Pru and tell Miranda that she was worth it. Anothe rexplosion happens and they stop responding on Comms. They're still waiting for another truck to come and Andy puts Natasha in charge and heads in to find Ben and Sullivan.

Travis and Andy help ut out the remaind of the fire and get to Ben and Sullivan who are unconscious. They walk them out successfully.

Ben and Travis hug, and Sullivan drops the engagement ring when he pulls out his towel, it falls on the ground.

Natasha find sit out when she's walking away as the Mayor arrives.

Beckett apologizes to Maya because he admits he didn't rust her to have his back at first and that was on him, and she thanks her for having his back. She reminds him that they're on the same team and wear the same uniform, and she'll always have his back.

The mayor tries to do a press conference commending them on saving everyone and Vic goes off the cuff publically calling him out on cutting Crisis One, a program that could help all of them. Travis tries to pull her back, but she keeps going and leaves.

Andy sends Vic home as soon as they get back to the station and tells her that she's lucky she still has a job.

Carina and Liam are at the station in the on call room when Maya gets there. She shares that the IVF isn't going to happen because her eggs left aren't viable. She's freaking out but Maya suggests that they use her eggs instead.

After Sullivan reassures her that he won't want her to play small she pulls out the ring and asks if there's something he wants to ask her. Sullivan proposes and she finally says yes.

Theo shows up at the station because Andy called him in for her ceremony. She tells him that she sent Vic home for a break. He calls Vic, but she doesn't answer. He leaves her a message letting her know that he's here for her, whatever she needs.

They have the ceremony for Andy and Maya gives her her pin.
