The team comes back from a call and it sounds like it's going to be a messy day as tensions are running high between everyone and Kate just cursed them saying it's going to be a quiet day.

Ross tells Andy about how she was trending on social media for her stunt at pride and reminds her that she has to conduct herself accordingly now.

She also tells her that there is little backup and that layoffs are imminent and she has to figure out how to cut ten percent of the budget.

Theo gives Beckett his ax back and offers his support if Beckett needs to talk.

Kate tells Theo about how she went private and encourages him to look into it because the pay is so great.

Andy gives everyone audits to do by the end of the day.

Carina and Maya are adjusting to parenthood together. They keep clashing over how to raise Liam.

Ross is having a hard time hearing Nineteen on a really bad call where they don't have the resources to send ambulances. She hears that there are multtiple deceases victims including children.

They come back from the horrible call and Travis gets sick and everyone is deeply affected by it.

Theo tries to talk to Warren, but he's too distracted to say anything back.

Sullivan find Beckett crying.. He's struggling to go through a call like that sober. Sullivan tells him that he got through it all because of Nineteen.

Andy talks to Ross and comes out of pocket by implying that Ross screws people over to get what she wants. But she wants to know about th edeal with the politician and why they're drowning and have to get rid of people.

Theo implies that he can guess they have to get rid of people but that Sullivan will likely be safe because of Ross.

Vic is still visibly going through something, but no one is checking in on her.

Carina suggests that Maya's way of wanting to raise Liam and handling him has to do with her past and how she was raised.

Warren is having back issues and Travis calls him out on it.

Carina is waiting for Maya when she gets back home from her walk and wants to argue with her for walking away, but as they're arguing they realize that they locked themselves out of the house and the baby is crying.

They realize that they are missing the jaws of death which starts an argument amonst everyone as tensions continue to run high. Andy goes off on them and reminds them that she's trying to save all of their jobs.

Meanwhile, Vic went to sleep after having a run in with Kate after applauding her for not feeling or caring about anything, and she misses the call.

Theo feels out of place when he finds Beckett and Sullivan praying and having a meeting together.

They get called into a chaotic scene that has Andy reeling trying to manage it especially without their jaws of life.

Theo's call on a scene almost gets them killed.

When they return, Vic apologizes for missing the calls.

Theo tells Andy that he's turning in his resignation.
