Harvey realized he was close to being fired and set out to change things up.

Thomas dumped Donna when she admitted that she could not fight her feelings for him any longer. 

In the end, Robert put his medical license on the line for Harvey, lost it, and left the firm. 

However, he was happy because he felt like it was retribution for everything he did that was wrong. 

Harvey then realized more than ever that he loved Donna and set out to find her. 

The pair then kissed it out, confirming that Darvey has set sail.
