All is quiet crime-wise and Kara is bored. Lena stops by and asks her to come with her to a press conference led by her ex. 

Jack does a demonstration of a new technology that can heal injuries and disease. 

James is angry when Winn brings Lyra on a Guardian mission. 

A mysterious man named Joe meets with Kara about Jack's tech. He thinks the human trials were faked. The car is blown up and Joe is killed. 

Snapper meets with someone who participated in the human trials. Supergirl spies on their meeting. He tells Snapper there were no tests. They're attacked the same way Joe was. Supergirl saves Snapper, but the source dies. 

Kara and Mon-El crash Lena and Jack's dinner. Jack explains how he came up with the technology. Mon-El steals Jack's security badge. 

Kara and Mon-El break into his lab and find that there were no human trials and that Jack is the one who killed their sources. 

Kara tells Lena that Biomax is dangerous and that Jack is covering up. She shows her the video she found. 

Kara takes her research to Snapper. 

Lena confronts Jack about the video. He says he doesn't know what she's talking about. He's being controlled by the CFO. Supergirl arrives to help, but is attacked by the nanobots. Lena has to choose between her and Jack and saves Supergirl. 

Snapper offers Kara her job back. 

Rhea offers Lena a proposition.
