On this episode of Supernatural…

Metatron is summoned by God, who has been using the disguise of Chuck Shurley while on Earth.

He wants Metatron’s help in writing his autobiogprahy.

God reveals that he turned off Dean’s amulet so it wouldn’t glow when he was around.

God also talks about his sister destroying his creations until he locked her away.

God tells Metatron he left because that was how he thought he could help.

Metatron calls him a coward and explains that humanity, despite all the bad, is bursting with good.

Sam and Dean investigate a murder and discover the Darkness infection is coming into the town.

Sam gets infected and Dean learns he is immune.

God decides to intervene and cures Sam and the other infected.

Dean discovers the amulet and it leads them to God/Chuck.
