Outside of a warehouse, Thony is accosted by various people on ATVs with guns. She shows them a necklace and says it’s from Arman before she’s knocked out.

Two days earlier, Thony is at home with Luca when she receives a text from Arman telling her to meet in two hours. She asks Chris to watch Luca as she works to get Fiona home, but Chris remains suspicious.

Jaz and Fiona talk over FaceTime, and then Fiona speaks with Thony, who tells her the plane to bring her home should be there within the day.

Nadia looks at a new home and gets a call from the airport saying that Arman is using the plane that day, something she didn’t approve it.

At the tarmac, Thony arrives to see boxes being moved off the plane and Arman talking to people. As she wonders what’s happening, they’re shot at, resulting in a shoot-out. Soon, Nadia comes, and Thony jumps into her car. They try to get to Arman but are forced to leave when the police arrive without seeing if Arman is alive or made it out.

After driving off, Nadia blames Thony for the situation and makes her leave the car.

In the Philippines, Fiona walks by a bar and remembers a memory in which she hustled a local at pool and met Paolo. She then runs into Paolo, who asks her to hang out, but she declines.

Nadia keeps getting Arman’s voicemail and is surprised when Russo and the FBI raid La Habana. Russo says Arman is missing, and Nadia insists she doesn’t know where he is.

Nadia goes to their motel hideout, but Arman isn’t there, and his burner phone and passport are still there.

A distraught Thony calls Fiona to tell her what happened, reiterating that they lost the plane, drugs, and Arman.

Thony goes to La Habana to check on Nadia, who informs her there is no sign of Arman anywhere. They wonder who screwed her over and wonder if he disappeared to protect them.

They decide to visit Arman’s parents, thinking maybe he went there to hide.

At Eduardo and Teresa’s, Arman is not there, and Eduardo doesn’t want to help them find Arman, while Teresa is more amenable. Nadia says his family had ties to smugglers, but Eduardo says they are dead to him, just like Arman.

Before they leave, Teresa warns them to ask questions carefully, giving Nadia a necklace from the other side of the family.

People invade Fiona’s home in the Philippines looking for Thony, believing she stole the drugs from there. They tell Fiona she needs to give them Thony, or they’re coming for her.

Nadia and Thony ponder what to do next, and Thony steals the necklace from Nadia.

Fiona calls Thony to tell her about the bounty on her head, and Thony says she needs to find someone there who can vouch for her.

Chris looks through his mother’s belongings, grabbing passports, before telling Thony he’s leaving the house to stay with JD and Jaz.

Fiona goes to Paolo and apologizes for leaving before without saying goodbye, and she tells him about Chris, revealing that he’s his father. She then asks for him to tell people she’s not a drug dealer.

Thony gets a tip about a man, Angel, who can get her and Fiona over the border, but when she meets him, she doesn’t have enough money. She shows Angel the necklace from Arman’s family, and he says that cartel is his competition.

He then accepts whatever money she has, but while she waits outside, she is attacked by the people on ATVs as the episode begins.

Thony wakes up handcuffed and is approached by a man who wants to know how she knows Arman. He doesn’t believe she’s just the cleaning lady and tells her she’s the doctor. Thony tells him she’s trying to get medications for her clinic.

Fiona comes home to Chris there in the Philippines.

Jorge takes Thony to Ramona, and Thony asks them to look for Arman. Ramona says they will, and it’s revealed they’re Sin Cara and Arman is their nephew, though Arman was unaware.

Ramona says they want to protect Arman.

Back home, a CPS caseworker comes to get Luca, telling Thony that he must be taken for a mandated medical exam.
