Things are heating up in the war against Salen on The Good Doctor Season 5 Episode 9.

Salen tries to get Lim transferred to another hospital by pulling strings to get her an interview for the head of trauma position at St Jose General. Lim has the interview and wins the job, but after talking to Glassman, decides she's not interested. She'd rather stay here and fight to get the hospital back. She begins recruiting doctors to help her. Park and the rest of the surgical team are in, but Jordan won't risk her career and Shaun feels he's too emotional over his breakup with Lea to make a good decision and turns Lim down.

Meanwhile, Andrews wants Shaun and Jordan to assist him in a transplant designed to get a pop star her voice back. Shaun feels the surgery is too risky, but Andrews thinks Shaun is just down because of the Lea situation, and Glassman advises him not to go against his boss. Shaun reluctantly assists on the surgery, but there is a complication and Nellie nearly dies.

Finally, Morgan and Park try to find a solution after a man falls while getting his disabled son into his wheelchair and becomes paralyzed himself.
