Alison, Dylan, Ava, and Caitlin make up a cover story for their alibi. 

Dana Booker shows Claire footage of Dylan, Ava, and Caitlin the night of Nolan's murder. 

Mason sits in Nolan's seat and Ava gets upset and leaves class. Caitlin tries to follow her but is interrogated by Dana who found the photo of Caitlin's mom on Nolan's phone. 

Alison talks to Mason about Nolan. 

Ava tries to record her Vogue interview but gets drunk. 

Claire gives Caitlin a gift she found in Nolan's room and asks her to look into Ava and Dylan in exchange for keeping the photo of her mother a secret. 

Alison goes to Mona's and they attempt to get to the bottom of Nolan's murder. 

Caitlin brings Nolan's gift to Ava, and in return, Ava helps Caitlin with her volunteer project. 

A picture of Dylan and Nolan pops up on Dylan's Ipad right as Dana walks in to interrogate him. 

Dylan goes to help Caitlin and Ava, and Dylan admits Dana made him wonder if they would turn on him. 

The three go to a cabin in the woods that Ava followed Nolan to the night he was murdered. On the way she tells them that Nolan's gift to her was a broken camera lens and was a symbol of how protective he was of her. 

They run into Alison at the cabin and they all take a look around. 

After leaving, Dylan, Caitlin, and Ava discover a dead rat in the back of Ava's car with a threatening note.

Alison goes back to the cabin and takes an old flower. The flower matches the one from Taylor Hotchkiss' funeral. She tells Mona she thinks Taylor is alive. 

Due to the same candy wrapper, Caitlin believes Mason was the one watching them in the woods the night Nolan was killed.
