A year before Aelita West's disappearance, she and Grace have a confrontation. They share some choice words.

They do not get along too well, they were lovers at one point.

They go out for a drink to catch up on each other's lives.

Aelita gets Grace to tell her all about her job. Grace works for Doctor Cherise Nuland.

Grace shows her a room, the same room where the Burton Peripheral died in episode one.

Aelita finds out that Grace and Dr. Nuland have invented an implant that could change people's thoughts to reduce violence.

They get caught by someone: the woman that Aelita took the eye from!

Grace explains it, and they're home free, but not before Aelita complimented her eyes and said she'd kill for eyes like that.

Key West, 2032. A man gets a mysterious delivery of the air blast weapon and a cellular device.

The cell phone calls him in Daniel's voice and says his name is Bob.

He is Bob "the Butcher," who killed a lot of people, that (robot)Daniel wants to hire. Bob agrees to work for Robo-Daniel.

Flynne gets an MRI to diagnose what's happening with the seizures.

Bob visits an old friend that gave up his name to Robo-Daniel, and Bob kills him.

Bob gets more information from Daniel, about where Flynne will be getting a spinal tap.

Bob is a very violent man.

Billy Ann finds the money that Jasper got from Corbell and confronts him. He lies.

Flynne's issue is bacterial, according to the doctor.

She gets a spinal tap from the doctor to try and figure out what the bacteria is.

Bob calls his daughter in code, to tell her that he may die doing this job.

Billy Ann stops to help Bob, who is faking a breakdown, but she won't relent. She wants to help him.

Burton and Flynne approach Bob and bob shoots the air blast gun at them. They dodge him, but Bob chases after them with a real gun.

Burton gets a few shoots off, but the guy is wearing a vest.

Burton tries to free Flynne from the car, but Bob is there. Luckily, Billy Ann is a badass queen and shoots bob with a shotgun.

Bob is alive and surrounded by three people with guns.

Tommy, the sheriff, approaches Flynne about the legality of things, and why Bob attacked them, and why Burton carries guns all the time.

The Sheriff arrested Bob.

Billy Ann takes Flynne and Burton in her truck, seeing as their jeep got ruined in the firefight with Bob.

The car ride home is heated, as Flynne wants to talk with Billy Ann, but Burton doesn't want her to, because he doesn't trust Jasper.

Momma Fisher starts to question things, and neighbors are also questioning things.

Burton and Flynne tell her everything, but she doesn't really believe them.

She questions how much power Flynne and Burton have in their current arrangement.

Flynne enters the Peripheral and yells at Wilf for not knowing what happened and for still not knowing what happened until she told him.

Flynne confronts Wilf about their previous merge, and how she felt it was using her.

Bob and the Sheriff have an interesting, threatening conversation in the car.

Bob offers the sheriff the 2.5 million down payment to release him.

Suddenly, the sheriff's car gets hit hard by one of the invisible vehicles.

A man in cowboy boots exits the invisible car and drags Bob out of it.

The sheriff crawls out but not before the car turns invisible again and drives off.

Wilf questions Flynne and why she wants to meet Dr. Cherise Nuland but brings her to meet the doctor anyway.

Flynne and Dr. Nuland's confrontation is stressful, and very threatening. Dr. Nuland reveals she's in a Peripheral of herself for security.

They get into a major hand-to-hand fight.

Flynne gets the upper hand and kills the Cherise Peripheral.
