Cheech and Chong (guest voicing themselves) go on tour in Springfield, but end up splitting up due to creative differences.  Cheech teams up with Homer as "Cheech and Chunk," while Chong teams up with Skinner as "Teach and Chong."  When neither group is quite like the original, they end up getting back together.

Meanwhile, Marge tries to help crazy cat lady with her hoarding problem, but ends up becoming a hoarder herself.
