Is it October yet?

That's the question Riverdale fans everywhere have been asking ever since Riverdale Season 2 concluded with Archie Andrews (KJ Apa) being arrested for a murder he did not commit.

And while we know there's a long wait in store, there has already been a lot of information revealed about Riverdale Season 3.

That's why we at TV Fanatic have rounded up all the information you need to know about the new season.

Vanessa Morgan will be sticking around as Toni Topaz for more drama than ever before. The actress has been promoted to a series regular, according to TV Insider. And she's not the only one.

2. Charles Melton Will Also Be a Series Regular!

While Riverdale has not showed off the rivalry between Archie and Reggie as well as we hoped, TV Insider has also confirmed that Charles Melton has been promoted to a series regular.

3. The Faux Cooper Will Be Back

Madchen Amick confirmed earlier this year at an event to raise awareness for mental health that Chic Cooper (Hart Denton) would be back for Riverdale Season 3.

"I’m sure you’re all aware of [Denton’s] creepy portrayal of the Cooper son and I can’t wait to see what he’s gonna be up to in season three… SPOILER ALERT!" she said.

Did anybody really think the Black Hood killed the teenager? Heck, if we don't see the death on-screen, it's not canon.

4. All Three Cooper Women Will Appear In the Premiere

Tiera Skovbye's appearance in Riverdale diminished during Season 2, likely down to her appearance on Once Upon a Time. However, Madchen Amick shared the above picture from her first day on set for Riverdale Season 3, alongside the following caption:

"The streak is alive. Day 1 of of each season of #Riverdale involves the #Coopers 😍 Missed my girls."

5. Season 3 Episode 1 Will Be Titled...

Season 3 Episode 1 Will Be Titled...
"Labor Day."

Showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa has continued to release script pages ahead of the new season, and the picture on the front of the script shows Archie looking rather frustrated in the courtroom.

It will be directed by Kevin Sullivan.

6. Season 3 Episode 2 Will Be Titled...

Season 3 Episode 2 Will Be Titled...
"Fortune and Men's Eyes."

It was written by Michael Grassi and will be directed by Jeff Woolnough.

Given that it shows Archie behind bars and looking especially frustrated, we're willing to bet he will be staying in jail for the foreseeable future.

Riverdale Quotes

Cheryl: Well, well, well. Stop the presses! The Riverdale rag finally reported a story accurately. Not only is there going to some hideous janky parade snaking its way through town, you four are the architects of this outrage.
Veronica: What’s your problem, Cheryl?
Cheryl: My problem, Veronica, is that the Fourth of July is a day of tragedy for Riverdale. Not celebration. Or have you forgotten what happened to my poor brother Jason?
Betty: Cheryl, Riverdale hasn’t held a parade out of respect for what happened to your brother in like years. It’s time.
Jughead: I mean, you don’t have to come.
Cheryl: Oh, I’ll be there, Insufferable Smurf. Front and center. With a sign of protest in one hand and a horn of compressed air to silence any revelry in the other.

Kevin: Okay, Veronica, I’m obsessed with everything that just happened.
Veronica: Thank you! It helps to be off-book and in full costume.
Betty: Don’t be so modest, you are the literally embodiment of Chris. Never has a role been perfectly typecast.
Archie: Betty!
Veronica: What was that, Betty?
Betty: I mean think about it: Spoiled rich girl, check. Major daddy issues, check. Bad to the bone, trying to control everyone around her, including her boyfriend and best friend. Check, check, check.
