At least T.R. can sleep at night - with so few lines to memorize who needs to practice. (Hang in there George!) Oh and give Chandra an Emmy right now even if I have to make one myself. Excellent performance last night!

Drcook, those George scenes never aired, but they were in the official ABC written recap, meaning they were shot but never aired. I just hope they'll put them on the DVD.
I miss George.

There is so much they could do with George and they aren't. He should have a reaction to Callie being gay. He should know about Izzie seeing ghosts. Real Izzie would have told him.
He should be seen with his inters.
He should be interacting with patients and kids again, something he does amazingly well.
Why isn,t he?
And Gexie was so much better than Mexie.

Isn't George suppose to be dealing with the "news" that his ex-wive suddenly turned gay? That would be a nice little storyline.

Meredith honoring her dying patient's last wish was right in character. 'Atta girl: Meredith never takes the easy way out. But she always, always, somehow shows us moral-compass-true-North.. (At least that's my feeling--)
Because of
1.) Bailey's 'crossing the line', Meredith's crossing the line was minimized..
And because of
2.) Derek's mother's approval of Meredith- predicated on Meredith's compassion for her death-row patient, on her ability to appreciate the GRAYS in life (uh.. pun accidental))..
the story-line supported Meredith all the way.
It's satisfying to see Cristina playing the loving, womanly, empathic role in a developing relationship with a man.
This doctor is hurt and vulnerable in ways that do not diminish Cristina's respect for him, either as a man or as a doctor. They are both worthy of mutual respect. And both profoundly complicated. It will be fun to see their intimacy deepen.
The rest was, as usual, fluffy fun :-)

Meredith is Meredith. She's broken. Derek knows that. Derek also knows that his mother approves of her because she's dark and broken. I think that now that he has his mother's approval, he is going to try to be more understanding of Meredith.
Meredith going to the execution was painful, but I think it was nice of her to be there for him. Yes, he is a horrible serial killer, but underneath that, he is still human. He can still be scared. Seeing a familiar face was good for him, although it was painful for Meredith.
I want the Izzy/Denny thing to go away. I love Izzy with Alex. And I'm confused. How is she sick? I don't want her to die!
Its pathetic what they are doing with George. At least write him out with some dignity if they don't have room for him. They keep introducing new characters, and its pushing him out. Not cool. Sadie, that pediatric surgeon lady, and Dr. Army guy are all taking up too much time on the show, and its not cool.

LovetheRain: I know EXACTLY what you're talking about. Emily died and Nikolas thought he kept seeing her. And they did stuff similar to what Izzie and Denny have been doing, correct? My mom is a huge GH fan.
Marie: Are those scenes still up? I want to see them.

I think was a little bit creepy and compasive at the same time.
I like how Dereck didn´t leave Meredith when disaproved her decission and even helped her, very different than the past.
I didn´t understand very well.. Did Meredith told him something like She wanted to show him she was compasive or not?
Could someone traslate me that part pls?
On the other hand, I´m very happy Cristina and Meredith are going to be good friends again.
I miss George!!!!!!!

Gosh, isn't Izzy dead? Weren't those her organs used for the little boy? Denny came FOR her...he came to escort her out of this world, that's what I think happened.

Mark and Lexie are incest and so so wrong. They make me barf.
What they are doing to George is anything but funny. You should be criticizing it, not laughing at it. Poor TR gets no respect from the show or the critics.
Hey at least we the fans love him.

Seems to me that ABC is trying to take the Eli Stone storyline and transfer it to Izzy's storyline. I absolutely loved Eli Stone and am sorry that the show was pulled. I think they could come up with something new here...i used to really like Izzy but now see her as weak. We are all damaged in some way or another but weakness was not a part of Izzy's personality.

Well last week, two of George scenes were in the ABC recap. They had one with George seeing Izzie talk to herself, and since that was one of the ABC game question and nobody saw Izzie talk to herself and it was in the recap. The recap also had Lexie telling George to rent her room. None of those scenes aired, so it is clear they got cut.
And yeah I thought the mods here loved George, so enough with the stupid jokes. I don't find it funny that a great actor is getting treated that way.

I would just like to point out that the whole storyline with Izzie seeing Denny because she has a brain thing (or whatever the crappity crap they're trying to peddle as a justification for that...) was already done, 2 years ago on General Hospital. One of the guys on the show had a tumor and started seeing his dead girlfriend as a result, and in the end he had to choose to keep the tumor and die (but still see said dead gf) or have it removed and never see her again.
Now, I'm not a big believer in rating shows as being better or worse based on genre, but GH actually had people go to the moon in the 1970s. The moon. Is that really where we want our show to end up?

So, I hear George is actually in some scenes but they cut them out. So I was just curious...how do we know said scenes exist?

Well I am glad that the horrible treatment George and TR is getting is amusing to you. It isn't to me or to any of his fans.
I find you incredibly disrespectful to all the George fans out here.
And Mexie sucks so enough about them.

Ugh what is with all the critics suddenly praising Slexiepuke. Are you getting paid for this by the show since they see everyone hates the couple?
Izzie was so devastated when George wanted to leave for Mercy West, now she couldn't care less about him, the man who was her ebst friend from day 1.
Excuse me, while I go cry. I miss Gizzie.

I have to say that I think it would be creepy for me, but it didn't seem a stretch for Meredith. She wanted him, even though he did horrible things, to have someone with him when it was done. As she said to Derek, she could not understand it herself, but I think it kind of made sense for her to go. And, it ended up getting her and Cristina back together. So, it all worked out in the end!
