    LOL! Okay, I admit it. I live in my own AU where Mark and Addison are in love and have like fifty kids. ;D
    But if I have to pick between Teddy and Lexie, it's Lexie. Though Teddy is the most sensible. She's age-appropiate and she probably wants kids. Lexie is still young and so I don't really know.
    And Addison is with Pete now so no go for Maddison. :(

    Gosh, I hope it does for a little while. I want to see Bailey happy. :) It's going to break my heart when Ben is going to transfer to his new show. -.-

    I'm not sure about that. He realises he's missing something, and he's a bit too young for a midlife crisis, but I can't really trust him. Teddy seems to me a woman who can handle him, but I'm not sure she will be interested in him in the long run. She's actually going with him only to get over Owen, and not really for Mark himself. It will be interesting though to see Mark having to cope with being used for sex!
    
    3. Bailey and Ben: Will it last?
    
    No, as @ana114 says it has already been announced that the actor playing Ben is leaving GA for Shonda Rhimes' new show.
    
    4. Team Richard or Team Derek?
    
    Team Derek. Richard has already made enough mistakes as chief. Of course Derek will make his own mistakes, but I found him more human in the whole approach to the merger, and

    I think he could be ready to settle down or he is at least going to try, as for Teddy being the right one... i dont think we have seen enough between them two yet.

    I hope they do, they are very cute and i love seeing Bailey turn to Callie for advice. Also it is good to see that he isnt afraid of her.

    Team Richard, i like Derek as a surgeon better than as the chief.

    Callie. happy Callie has definitely gotten better at giving advice and she isnt afraid to tell you straight up how it is.

    I would probably go to Arizona for advice as well. Though, as messed up as Alex usually is, he gives good advice--just not good at taking his own.
