This episode had everything, jokes , witches, killing and coming back to life, hands down the best episode of this season, cant wait for next week, so shocked by Elijah's death only to be shock again a couple minutes down the line, love the flashback giving us a better insight and depth in to Stefan/Damon relationship, glad to see Catherine out of the tomb, be long time coming, I have to say uncle John needs to go he a capital twat, love the Jeremy and Bonnie story not happy that jonas took bonnie power, will be interesting to see how she gonna get it back

Great episode, didn't see Elija's second death coming at all. Not convinced he will stay dead, though. All it will take for him to revive is someone to remove the dagger again, right? Is it just me, or did he seem easier to kill than those pesky werewolves? There must be a hitch. I agree that Nina Dobrev is super pretty and Katherine coming out of Damon's shower at the end was a nice touch, but that shot of her skinny leg actually made me laugh: not quite as seductive as it was intended to be!
i say this everytime and ill say it again. VAMPIRE DIAIRES NEVER FAILS TO SHOCK US!!! damn its an incredible series!♥ i lovee nina and paul and ian! sooo happy to see katherine back, totally hate elijah dying! AND I DO NOT WANT ELENA TO TURN!:P

Ok, John needs to die ASAP!! I hope Damon gets rid of him though I wonder why he was trying to help Katherine out of the tomb before? This episode was so awesome I cannot believe Elena stabbed herself! and how are they going to kill Klaus? and poor Bonnie! so many questions...Alaric really needs to get Jenna on the supernatural bandwagon already. I missed Caroline this episode!

Spot on review. Poor Elijah, he's cool. I find Elena and Stefan's scenes lacking most of the time but last ep's was different. Glad to see Lexie again. I like her. Awesome acting from Nina. Elena outbluffed an Original!!!

Kudos to the person who conceived and wrote 2x15....it was awesome..the right tempo, the right timing! Elena is a smart girl, and she showed it today. They got it just right...Today's ep just made me jump off my couch---I was literally standing all the while I was watching this episode! There are a million possibilities now...so so subtly done writers...we don't know now whether Damon will be sucked right into Katherine's game, or is she actually serious? What is her agenda (why the change of heart?) Will Damon discover that he is not actually in love with Elena, but just attracted to her 'cuz deep down he is still in love with Katherine? Will Elena fall for Damon now, since she can see that actually, Damon just may be the nobler of the two after-all? A million questions, that need to be answered right here, right now! And of course, then there is the black, scary 'Gilbert Journal'...I just hope that this cliff-hanger was not premature though...the expectations of the viewers have rise

Jonas said that he was taking Bonnie's power for her own good. Ever think it's so she's worthless when it comes to the sacrifice? That's just my theory...

Really on point tonight. I read this tho before watching so the surprise factor was gone but it was a good episode :)

This was a good episode, I loved the flashbacks. Seeing Lexi again was awesome. When Alaric killed Elijah I was so mad because I thought he was actually dead. But when he wasn't actually dead I was so happy, then he got killed again and I was mad. I am so so happy that Katherine is out of the tomb :). Can't wait to see some more Katherine action. But I'm still mad that Elijah is dead, I liked Elijah. Overall it was a good episode, I enjoyed it. I am not mad at Alaric anymore, once Elijah was alive again I was like "I'm not mad at Alaric anymore."
I honestly thought that it was Katherine and not Elena when Elijah showed up at the cabin. I didn't realize it was actually Elena stabbing herself until Stefan gave her blood. I was surprised that she'd do it

Lol, Bonnie got what was coming for her. Jonas showed he what a real spellcaster looks like. I also loved how he just dismissed Jeremy pinned him to the wall with zero effort and completely ignored him.

I nearly cried but times when they killed Elijah because he was my second favorite character. I am glad that Bonnie lost her powers because she should have known there will be consequences and messing with Jonas son. I am so excited to see Katherine back because I love and miss her and know that they will not listen to Elena next week about getting rid of her.

Damon couldn't really help Stefan, he was a new vampire just like Stefan and didn't know any better. It's really good that Stefan found someone like Lexi to help him. IMO, Damon telling Lexi to help Stefan cos he needs it proves that Damon does love his brother.

This was such an exciting episode. Had so many OMG moments. Loved the flashback with Stefan as the badboy. Sad though that his brother didn't want to help him. (Lexi is beautiful) Elena is on tough as nails badass. Love Elena and Stefan and there epic lovestory. I hope that Damon gets his true love Katherine back. He truly loves her and they deserve a second chance.
Damon: She's strong and crafty and you'll die. Elena: At least I'll die trying.

This was a good episode, I loved the flashbacks. Seeing Lexi again was awesome. When Alaric killed Elijah I was so mad because I thought he was actually dead. But when he wasn't actually dead I was so happy, then he got killed again and I was mad. I am so so happy that Katherine is out of the tomb :). Can't wait to see some more Katherine action. But I'm still mad that Elijah is dead, I liked Elijah. Overall it was a good episode, I enjoyed it. I am not mad at Alaric anymore, once Elijah was alive again I was like "I'm not mad at Alaric anymore."
