Elisabeth Harnois has not even appeared on an episode of CSI yet.

But the former Miami Medical star has already earned a promotion: she'll be a series regular on season 12.

Harnois was originally slated to appear on only the May 5 episode - portraying the estranged daughter of Conrad Ecklie and helping in the hunt for Nate Haskell - but fans can look forward to her constant presence in the fall.

Granted, CSI is yet to receive an official renewal, but there's no doubt it will be included on the 2011-2012 schedule when CBS reveals it next month.
