I really liked this episode although, like the reviewer, I dislike the trip NCIS is taking into soapland more and more these days. I hated all the Ej/Tony, Ziva/Ray, tedious Tiva stuff they shoved into the episode, but I loved seeing Gibbs take down EJ and most of all I loved the case. It's about time the team had an interesting case that wasn't personal. Or at least I HOPE it's not personal. I'm so bored of everything being personal to them. I wish they'd concentrate more on what seems to be an exciting case (I'm a Dexter fan too) and less on the soapland antics of who is sleeping with whom. I simply don't care. I don't want Tony and Ziva together - Tiva bores me senseless when it isn't irritating the hell out of me - and I couldn't care less about Ziva and CIRay or what Tony gets up to with EJ. I am sure our loyal Tony will choose GIBBS over EJ any day. I liked EJ in her first episode but she did everything wrong here. I'm glad Gibbs delivered the appropriate slapdowns. She deserved

It's pretty obvious the writers are stealing the entire "ice-truck killer" plot from Dexter. Spoiler, it's Ray, just look at his douchey hair, who slicks their hair like that? Serial Killers, that's who! I get kind of the writers on NCIS beating around the bush for so long. Remember when Tony went to Africa to save Ziva? They failed pretty hard to let that story line dry out.

Get rid of that EJ broad. Does nothing for the series. I'd hate to stop watching this show because of this broad. I agree with Catherine "if it isn't broke - don't mess with it".

I think the eyeball belongs to the the victim in the beginning of the episode, his were blue too and they made a point of talking and showing them. I doubt Ray is the killer, that's to easy, but I do believe EJ is going to be killed off. They love Tiva more than the fans- more money. So I seriously doubt EJ/Ray being here for very long. The dolls voice was deff Tonys and with his origins episode coming up soon I guess the killer has something to do with him.

EJ is annoying but I really don't see her as murderess. Ray gave some information to Ziva when he pulled the same stunt as Tony romance wise. Whether or not Tony and Ray really did love their partners has nothing to do with the reason they hooked up with the two women. Anyway, the end of the program never said if it's continued so I don't know if we'll know who really is the killer of the officer next week. I hope it IS continued next week tho.
Oh and one more thing. The way Vance has been acting, one would think that Gibbs is unknowingly stopping Vance's murder. I say that because Vance "doesn't care how they do it, just do it". The game's a foot, lol. The Great White is really appropriate. I love that title for Gibbs.

I just really really don't like ej... She should get shot or something or be the killer :) I actually liked ray or sorry CI.Ray and they were a cute couple although does anyone else think his haircut was just a little bit gooby?? Anywho love Ncis and this was actually like the most amazing episode of the season yet!!! Hope there's more :) and I hope atleast something happens between Tony and ziva sooooon!!!

I'm starting to think the p2p has something to do with Tony too. I mean that would make sence since episde 22 Baltimore is his origin episode.
Dang it I'd love if Jeanne came back :D
But as much as I would love her to be the killer, I really can't see someone like her become a killer.

I wonder if EJ and C.I.Ray are working together. Gibbs wants to protect DiNozzo from that annoying EJ I don't like her don't trust her. I wonder if C.I.Ray is good or bad I don't know yet. Abby said it best don't mess with our team there family. with the Eyes I woner who it is it could Jeanne? Lt. Mann or Trent Kort ? I wonder who. I do want Tony with Ziva but not just yet.

I look forward every week to NCIS. Here lately it has been interesting to see where the writers will go. As for this last episode, I think Ziva's Boy Ray is tied to the cases other than a CIA agent. He can travel, He can access email accounts,He may have surgical history. But what is throwing me are the little clues, eyes in ice cubes, flowers, navel history..My guess is still of Ray, Ziva was on the phone to him thinking he was out of town, and then HE shows up at her office? too quaint. He and E.J. are working together somehow. Can't wait for next week to get here to see how it ends...as for Vance I love him, secretive, and powerful...All the Crew on NCIS gets Kudos from me
LOVE NCIS...... I think Ziva's boyfriend is involved by being the murderer. Of course as Pauley says, it is someone we know....

anyone think that p2p killer is jeanne benoit? she is a doctor, who is killing marines, she might be blaming ncis or tony for her fathers death. and somebody sent that drink to tony, not to ziva whos been there longer than tony has. p2p killer definitely has something to do with tony.

Love NCIS ! I hope they are NOT planning on keeping EJ as a permanent agent on this show. She would not be good for ratings, and it's obvious she has no chemistry with the rest of the team. "IF IT ISN'T BROKE - DONT MESS WITH IT"

I am getting more than a little weary of the writers block that seems to be going on. Is Vance part of the team or not? Crap or get off the pot. As for EJ--she's a twit, put in that position for a reason known only to the writers. She has no value within the framework other than to tweak Tony. Get over yourselves and get on with the story!
I don't like or trust EJ She didn't say shes working with the CIA. I think she and Vance are out to split up the team. Just like the comment she made basically out with the old way in with the new. But her way didn't work.
Then there Ray he lied and is CIA.
I think in the end b/c of EJ Tony and Ziva will get burned. Plus she never told Tony she was working with the CIA.
And Gibbs comment about her sleeping with Tony. And not to mess with HIS team. Was he looking out for Tony s best interest. Not wanting to see him get hurt again.

I have always loved the show and still do. I am not a E.J. fan, too suspicious, and I wouldn't put CI Ray past being the P2P killer himself. I enjoy the sexual tension between Ziva and Tony, so don't really care if they get together at the end of the season, but hope they do at the end of the series. Gibbs is top dog in my book from years ago (I won't say how many or what doctor he played) to the present and I have faith, he will prevail. As for Vance...never really trusted him to have the team in his best interests. I don't know what he's up to, but I trust him about as much as E.J. and wish his true colors, whatever they be, would come shining through soon. Thanks again for a wonderful Tuesday night, the show was over before I knew it and I can hardly wait to see what happens next.
As long as nothing changes with the team all's good. Liked the case but think there is more going on than we know yet with them bringing the chik in.

ive watched it 4 times so far and not got bored it had a bit of everything dont know why everybody hates ej she is leaving at the end of the season and i think ciray will leave because we all know ziva is made for tony they where both jealous of each other last night.
My hubby is away so we ahd to chat about this show via BBM. First off, my husband doesn't care for blondes, so EJ had a strike against her from the beginning. He says her mouth is too big too. But the point is, we don't like her in our household and the flirting with the suspect in interrogation took the cake. She can leave now ... if she's not the killer! And btw, why didn't Ziva take out after the mystery drink provider in the end? Mossad training should have kicked in and ... well I think she would have reacted differently if this were in the early Ziva years. Yes, T&Z's green eyed monsters were in full action tonight. Can't wait to see how the writers string out this arc. Bravo!! (And loved PaulyP tweeting throughout the show too!)
I REALLY LIKE NCIS I THINK ABBY IS GREAT BUT I ALSO LIKE EVERYONE ON THE SHOW. MY DAUGHTERS GOT ME THE WHOLE SEASON 7 FOR CHRISTMAS.I LIKE THE SHOW BECAUSE IT STICKS TO THE STORY AND NOT A LOT HANKY-PANKY GOING ON. ICAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT WEEKS SHOW TO SEE WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN .
I hated this one. Only thing i liked was Gibb's and Abby's words and attitude about the agent who seems to be screwing everything up.Abby right on in thinking what most everyone is thinking " I dont want changes to our family!!!" NO ONE DOSE. I wish they would just out ziva and Tony together we've been waiting long enough for it to happen just do it and forget these men that hurt her and the lady's that hurt him. And since when am I watching Lost where they leave you hanging and dont answer questions???? This should of been a too be continued. Especially since the killer seemed to know who Tony was. Not one of my favorites and if it continues like this your gonna lose devoted fans like me who been watching since the pilot episode

@Makra,ah! bite your tongue! did you actually just side with the whatever new agent over Leroy Jethro Gibbs?? EJ is a mega-bitch. if she's really dumb enough to think she can undermine Gibbs by going to vance she'll get a shocking wake-up call. PUHLEASE, everyone knows where the real power lies. There's a reason Gibbs doesn't like new people- they tend to either suck, or turn out to be double agents. Gibbs would be an awesome marine because he knows which orders to follow. and because there isn't so much politics as a gunny.
on a side note, i get where Ziva's coming from. Lying about your job is a bit too Michael

it was good last night I can see why Ziva was a upset at C I Ray shes been hurt by men before so shes can't forgive that but she will get past the lie even know she says diffrent. As for Abby shes freaking worrying about change. Tony and EJ I don't trust her I think shes going to try bring him and/or the team down like Gibbs said I don't trust her. And the end was great with Tony and Ziva how hes telling Ray cares for her and she talks to him about EJ and then he gets the drink from the person at the table they look hes gone and he sees the eyeballs in the drink. I didn't see that one comming.
Abby: I knew that guy was trouble. He's like an evil McGee.
