I think that cia ray is involved but not the killer. It could be the eye ball of the agent turned bad who was having the fling with duckys assist.

How did it end!!!!! We were cut off for Colorado Springs election results..... Last I saw, Tony just got a drink from the bar tender he did not order then it cut off. Is this a continuing saga or did they show the killer? Did not get previews for next episode.
