I was hoping for more in the apartment! For them to come to a meeting of the minds at that time. Castle put more cards on the table than Beckett did. She couldn't give him an inch, could she?
LOVED that everyone else knew that Castle was the only one that could get through to Kate. Even that the Captain called him to the location there at the end. Loved the "take charge" Castle when he carried Kate out, struggling and screaming, and subdued her so they didn't know she was there. Love it when Castle gets all "alpha male" with her - she needs that cuz' she's such a alpha herself. I'm afraid she's not going to forgive him for keeping her from helping the Captain, though. That is where the conflict for next season will lie. "You didn't trust me, I could have helped, he didn't have to die!"
Overall, just wish we could have gotten SOME emotion from Kate for Castle. His heart is on his sleeve - now, how about hers?

I loved this episode!! I actually cried and I am so happy that we have next season to look forward to, crazy but great!!

Something about him seems off kilt. His expressions and his interest just didn't add up. I sense a stunning season 4 finale, and darn it, Kate and Rick need to hook up just like Mulder and Scully...
