i was definatley glad that jenna got with jake. he will definately treat her better and give her the respect she deserves. and i had a feeling lacy wrote the note. she is such a miserable person she blames jenna for ruining her future and she cant just accept who jenna is as a person. i mean what if jenna really did kill herself after reading the note, lacy doesn't even care.

I am also really glad that Lissa finally stuck up to Sadie and didn't let her in, and called her a b. Sadie is terrible to everybody, including her own best friend. That part made me so happy!

Thank you so much for posting this >.< I'm usually the first person in my circle to figure out the mystery behind a TV show, movie, or piece of literature, but even after I saw the season finale, I STILL didn't understand. This really cleared things up for me. Great review!

This left me screaming at the tv, jakes nice but matty is everything a girl could want. They are so much better off together . Can't wait until season 2!

I KNEW IT!!!!!!!!!! Since Tamara said it wasn't her she was my first choice, and after she apologized tonight I was sure!! And I always preferd Jake but now I feel really sorry for Matty!! I don;t know who Iprefer now..they're both so great! she's lucky!

Ahhhh so freakin pissed she chose jake i mean he is a nice guy in all but Matty is sooooo freaking hottt and hes really sweet and i almost cried watching him get his heart broken :(
THere better be a season 2!

Best show on tv.. every episode was terrific and so unique in cliche life of teenagers.. its just so real than all other teen shows and movies we see around.
Best show .. I'm sad we have to wait almost an year for 2nd season.

I truly believe that Jenna belongs with Matty. She made what a lot of girls can't do follow their head instead of her heart. But I don't think she is happier with Jake. He is a great guy, but Matty is the one for Jenna.

This had to be one of the best season finales not to mention one of the best premier seasons. I remember first hearing about the series and thinking "oh great another teeny bopper high school show with kids that cant act, terrible writing and just that TRIES to be funny" and i have just blown away by everything the acting, the writing, the drama, the comedy, EVERYTHING. Like you said this has quickly become one of my favorite shows (pretty much second only to the genius that is Community).
While i did feel for Matty b/c it was obvious that he was just trying not to her jake. I was kinda made jenna didnt see it.
Although i didnt feel for matty too much b/c ive been TEAM JAKE from the get-go and i knew every mistake matty made drove her closer to the arms of jake
And is the general consensus that Lacey wrote the letter anybody think that her aunt (or whoever that was that kept calling her lil b!tch) wrote it b/c that letter was way too harsh to come from a mother. Yea some of t

it's so sad to see matty very heartbroken
if it's just up to me, i'd choose jake (it's an easy choice) but you can see in jenna's eyes that it's still matty, her heart still belongs to him :'(
how do you think jake will take it if he finds out about matty and jenna, will he give way? will he fight for her?

i somehow hope they bring Jenna and Matty back together. Though Jake REALLY is a great guy and Matty did seem like an ass in the beginning of the season, it is SO OBVIOUS he has grown with Jenna. And it was incredibly heart-braking to see him tear after seeing Jenna choose Jake over him, right in front of his face.
FINGERS CROSS that season 2 in 2012 sees a better light for Matty and Jenna!

OMFG! That was an EPIC FINALE! first i was on team Matty, but now TEAM JAKE! he's perfect for her! i'm still shaking and already miss the show!
