According to an interview with Jensen and Jared posted on E!online, Misha may be killed off. So Castiel may return at some capacity later. So sad for this.

When I read the title my first thoughts was that Dean was getting jury duty for a Demon summoning. Oh well, I hope Dean has a good Egyptian lawyer, may I suggest Atem?

When I saw the title, I thought Dean or Sam are gonna be on an actual trial for something they did.... but this is so much more interesting
