Private Practice Sneak Peek: An Intervention?!?

Can we talk to you for a minute?
Who's we?

Private Practice airs a special two-hour episode tonight, one that does not include any patients... unless you count Amelia. This character's addiction will be front and center on an installment star Caterina Scorsone says will be emotionally draining. Bring your tissues, viewers.

In the following sneak peek, we watch as Addison confronts her co-worker and exactly what everyone has planned finally dawns on Amelia. How does she react? Not well. See for yourself:

was that selena gomez ib the treatment facility

Who writes this drivel? This flashbacks are contrived and manipulative. The intervention was poorly written and why does Ryan have to die? Why was it necessary for Amelia and Ryan to have a contrived fairy tale dialogue? That made no sense even for drug addicts. Amelia is not a persuasive doctor character. Her dialogue is irrational. Yes, she's upset about her father's murder but why does it go on in this way? Why is so much of the show about relationships? I like Grey's emphasis on medicine. It's so much more interesting.

I am watching this episode and it is so painful to watch. It's not persuasive at all.

I think I may be the only Private Practice fan that hates the Amelia character. I don't know if it's character that I don't like or the actress that portrays her, but I have wanted Amelia to disappear ever since she joined the show. I don't think she plays a convincing neurosurgeon at all, and she just looks plain gross to me. Like she always needs a shower. Please get rid of Amelia already!

He doesnt really care about his sister and plus hes busy with Meredith and Zola on greys

Umm, shoudn't McDreamy be there?...

looks awesome, I'm dying to see the two-hour event

Private Practice Season 5 Episode 8 Quotes

I know that you have a family here and I see that you're destroying it. If you continue down this path, you won't just go down alone, Amelia, you'll take down all the people that love you.

Fine, I'll be your drug dealer. I just want her back.
