The Seaside doctors staged an intervention for Amelia. Things turned ugly when Amelia attacked each one of the other doctors. From calling out Charlotte’s rape to Pete and Violet’s marital issues, Amelia felt ambushed and was harshest to Addison.
The doctors were also at odds when discussion how best to treat Amelia and whether or not her addiction was a disease.
In the end, Amelia left the office with Ryan, who later died after an overdose.
Charlotte: I am shocked by just how much I genuinely love him. I want to take the pain away, and I know I can't and it just kills me.

This was an awesome show. All of the actors were outstanding, especially Amelia. And who had a dry eye when Ryan died. Wes Brown did a great job and was very convincing. He fit his role perfectly. I am looking forward to seeing him again in other formats. I am really glad that Benjamin Bratt joined the show. He really adds a lot to it. In all, this show should win all the awards.
