I kind of think we should stop judging a series by each individual episode. Something about doing it this way is just getting to be really annoying. God forbid the next episode is not as funny as the previous one. Come on now.
And I thought Schmidt making CeCe a perfume was so sweet, even though it smelled terrible. I like how he didn't turn and walk away when her douchey boyfriend was literally in his face the whole time.

I completely agree. I thought it was a strong episode but not necessarily a spectacularly funny one. The ending was perfect though and closed out the midseason in a great way.
