I think that Blair remains married by Louis and that it is going to do this with alone Dan to provoke jealousies in Louis or in order that he thinks that it has an affair
Because Blair is using his ring of marriage in this episode

Yeah, Dan is putting his moves on a married woman but it's a paper marriage so that's probably why he doesn't care.

I agree with everybody saying that Blair was trying to play cupid for Dan and Serena and something happened that ended up with Dair talking in Chuck's room (seriously?!) and Dan is probably going to confess his feelings, they hug (hopefully not kiss) and Serena walks in on them (she certainly looks Dark Fenix Serena). About the uniforms, I think Nate's Valetines party has as a subject theme High School, and that'a why they are dressed like that, the weird thing is that Blair is dressed differently. The party is at the Empire surely.
LIKE THIS... LOVE DAIR. Its been already a year since the last valentines day, when "THE DAIR" started. Still remember Dan sending Blair a romantic chocolate heart box! It will be a bad thing if the writers-producers let this 2 go.(buy the way i like how evel Louis turn to Blair, fantastic, she really deserved).
And here are my predictions: Blair will be at some party with Louis with some Spain rich people, then she leaves that party to the "Your highschool valentin date" party at Chucks, where everybody its wearing that uniforme to remember how good OLD TIMES were (yes CHAIR people OLD TIMES). Blair trys to get Serena and Dan together, but she discovers Dan has felings for her, and the "wors thing" its that she feel butterflis in her stomach. So she doesnt want to get between D and S and she leaves. Chuck will try to do something to Dan because he feels Dan its in the competition, what could it be? is G has to do something with it?

Maybe Dan finally confesses his feelings to Blair and Blair rejects him but tries to give him a consolation hug at which point Dan swoops in for the kiss. Cue Serena's entrance. Then somehow Georgina gets a video because apparently that's her MO now and shows Chuck just for shits to get a reaction out of him at Nate's party. That is how I hope it goes down but I know I will be disappointed and DAIR will actually hook up.

Anonymous -- totally and completely agreed. The show jumped the shark a long time ago. I'm so shocked that it looks as if they'll get a sixth season. (Poor actors!)

@Dr Holland and @toohip Why not? The show has gotten so pathetically mellow dramatic, like Blair making that stupid pact and marrying Louis for the Princess title like some desperate gold digger.
Maybe Dair should do it by crashing a bar mitzvah, Blair did it when she was cheating with Chuck behind Louis' back in the Season 4 finale.
@Ilovechair It is enough, when it's constantly repeating the same stupid storyline.
@WTF Because it already happened when Blair pathetically begged God to save Chuck's life and made a stupid vow to stay in a loveless marriage with Louis and leech off of his royalty.

@Ilovechair - she's really very pretty in deep, dark reds. Most women can't pull that much red off without looking washed out, slutty, or ridiculous.
I'm resigned that we'll all dare to Dair, but it's all kinds of messy to do it in Chuck's room! (And why didn't they Dair with Season 1 or 2 Dan? *fans self* This Dan, I want to give a haircut & force feed...)

The dress is beautiful and red really suits Leighton well!! Maybe there is a chance that we get a Chair scene. In 4x02 Blair was wearing a gorgeous red Oscar de la Renta dress and we got the epic chair train station scene. So maybe the red dress is a good sign. I know it's not realistic but a chair shipper can dream;-)
I think Blair is still married because she is wearing that ugly engagement ring.
I dont want any Dan and Blair action to happen. It should be Dan & Serena together and CHUCK & BLAIR!!!!! Their Chuck & Blair, Blair & Chuck their soooo beyond perfect for each other!!!!!!! Chair Fan all the way!!

Actually the episode kinda of brings me back to season 1 where there's the forbidden relationship between Chuck and Blair whilst Blair is with Nate (Flashback to Blair wanting to be Queen of the UES and Nate being ordered to marry into the Waldorf family). Only difference =? As @Sharry stated, she's wearing that massive rock in her left hand.
So I laugh, the day has come where Dan has copied some of Chuck's traits with advancing on a married woman. At least that is what it appears?
Of course, the events of this episode might be a bit construed as whatever Serena sees might have been out of context. As for Blair's dress, she looks like a shes wearing a Spanish Señorita dress.

The reason Penn doesn't cut his hair is because he is filming a movie where he is Jeff Buckley. That's why he has long hair now.

Leighton looks gorgeous in her dress. Red really suits her and hopefully Chair share a scene together. Unfortunately the writers are wasting another valentine's episode on Dair. Sorry, dair fans, I'm just bitter that we didn't get to have a valentine's episode with happy chair.

And Penn Bagley didn't cut his hair! Of course he has no chance by Blair with this hairtcuT! I really don't get this Hair issue he has, th cut really doesn't fit him!
