Grey's Anatomy Episode Synopsis: "Support System"
Grey's Anatomy returns next Thursday, April 5, with "The Lion Sleeps Tonight."
The following week's installment (April 12) will be entitled "Support System."
ABC's synopsis as follows:
- A devastated Cristina presses Owen to confess the intimate details of his affair.
- Mark takes his new authority very seriously when he steps in as chief of surgery for the day and promptly butts heads with Richard over a patient's liver transplant.
- Callie deems Meredith ready for the boards, while the rest of the residents continue to stress about the exam.
- Callie, Arizona and Bailey plan a much needed ladies night for Teddy.

I don't think it's safe to assume Meredith will pass her boards, something bad has to always happen to her. There are no spoilers of mer/der for this epi, so no good mer/der scenes? :-(

So Hunt's 'it's only sex' statement has progressed from a one night stand to a full blown affair! Wow! How can Crowen make a comeback from that?
Mark being CoS has got to have comedic value.
Something is bound to go wrong for Mer with regard to the boards, I'm not taking it for granted she'll pass. I think we're being given many scenarios where by every 5th year will have a problem to overcome. Alex can't work with his studybuddy intern, cos of her crush on him. Avery's gonna be upset if Lex and Mark get together. Cris is majorly upset about an unfaithful husband. Kepner will probably be hit by a major love interest.LOL

i don't think sandra will leave. she's said how much she likes playing this character and even that she likes the storyline they are giving her now. in some ways, it's probably an actresses dream-she's able to show her range. this show makes them bank. they're probably just arguing over how many seasons to resign people for and tweeking the finances. also, it helps keep the fans guessing. i bet they don't tell us until the season's over. if anyone goes, i'll miss them...but i'll keep watching. i'm hooked. dammit.

I will be really ticked off if it turns out that Teddy is who Owen cheated with. Maybe Owen confronted her about her blow-up in the OR, he apologizes about Henry, she breaks down and one thing leads to another. Then, if Crowen don't make it and he ends up with Teddy, I may have to be rethink my love of this show. I don't know if I can continue with this crap, no more than you see of Mer and Der or Mark and Lexie each week. The chemistry between McKidd and Oh is combustible. They really make you feel their characters' pain. This is making my crazy over the waiting and it's not even real life!

Ladies night huh? Wonder if Callie will grill Arizona about her past lovers in front of the other two docs. Maybe they'll turn it into a slumber party where they each "confess" about their pasts. And wow, you can really see JCaps baby-belly in the promo pic though chances are it won't show during the episode. Also kudos to Sara for looking so trim and healthy! (What's your secret?)

Everyone has been studying for board except Chris... Maybe they plan to have her fail the boards if Sandra doesn't renew her contract. I could see it being something they write in due to the stress of her relationship with Owen. It would be a very Evil thing to do to her.
