I wish Emily would get back to the business of knocking off one bad guy each week and stop being so emotional. Her job is to punish those who killed her father - stick to that! And get rid of Charlotte and that little twerp brother of David's. They just confuse the situation without being interesting at all.

I hope that Nolan isn't dead. He and Emily are very interesting to watch. I think that possibly the white haired man will think that Conrad sent Nolan to spy on him. So the white haired man will go after Conrad. Maybe Conrad will get killed and Daniel will be in charge of the company. Then he and his mother will be at odds all the time. His sister is probably gonna overdose to get attention. Because no one pays attention to her unless she is using drugs. Which is really sad. I so love this show. It keeps you guessing what is gonna happen next. I really hope that know one dies because I love the show the way it works. If one of the characters is not there it changes the entire show

That was the most difficult hour of television I've watched in a really long time, not including the countless Dubya pressers.
We had a 14 year old yellow lab and put him down last October. sadly, last night, watching poor Sammy brought it all back and I was filled with sadness, anger and grief. I loved that dog more than any person I've ever known and when Jack was saying goodbye it reminded me of the moment I had to say goodbye to my pooch. It was just awful and I presume I wasn't the only one who had this experience last night.

Well, we know that Nolan is not dead according to next's week pictures, so I'm relieved by that. He's also my favorite character along Victoria and Emily of course.
Daniel is becoming more annoying by the minute. I don't think he has a masterplan. Seems to me that Conrad told him just enough of the truth to have him as an ally. He (Daniel) just seems confuse and overall stupid.
I did feel chemistry in that kiss between Jack and Emily... that was a very convincing moment for me. It was "realistic" for Emily to have her soft spot touched when Sammy died. It buffles me that Emily is a trained assassin and she still leaves her curtains open for people to spy on her. #smartiepants
PS: My weeks are going to suck so bad without the show... I love it to death...

I have to agree with the reviewer, Nolan is the best character on Revenge, and though I love Emily and I do like Jack, I just think Daniel is a lost cause. He's going to end up as twisted and evil as his parents, which is sad. I think Charlotte is destined for an overdose and death or rehab, and I don't think Emily and Jack will be able to keep their feelings for each other under cover, especially with Victoria's spy peeking in the windows.
I sincerely hope that Nolan is okay, because if he's off the show, I am not going to watch it anymore. He's a fantastic character and a wonderful actor, and he seems to be the only one with a conscience in the whole group.

As a previous poster said that Jack is too "goody two shoes". Jack and Emily/Amanda winding up together is so soap opera-ish, I expect better from this story. I am very interested in who or what the white haired bad guy is working for that scares Conrad so much -- C.I.A.? A C.I.A. sting that went very, very bad. Love the show!

It was so sad to see Sammy die but it needed to be done...he was really old. I hope my Nolan isn't dead...I just hope he is knocked out or something.... but either way I don't want to be the white haired guy when Emily gets her hands on him. As for Daniel...he is turning into a sleazy dirtbag like his father. For him to side with his father and not his mother is a change....but his character does that alot. As for Charlotte...she needs some attention, a slap and a kickin the B.U.T! I mean really!!! To throw your life away with drugs with the status she has is a waste...a big one! Now, the black chick who I can't think of her name at the moment is one sneaky you know what! Oh, and yes there is absolutely NO chemistry between Emily and Jack...I almost thought he or she had bad breath or something...that was the worst kiss ever!

real Emily/her friend/almost sister and is surrounded by phonies who she is conning. I do hope she reaches out to Charlotte though. As annoying as Charlotte can be, I do feel sorry for her and would like to see Emily step up and help her half-sister, her only remaining family, even if she doesn't tell her WHY she's doing it. Plus that would be another nail in Victoria's coffin - stealing one of her kids away from her for good.
RIP Sammy. :'(

I don't know about Jack & Emily but I really don't want her with Daniel. He is a Grayson - 100%. Up until a few months before he met Em he was a party boy who almost got someone killed. He's been a 'good guy' for less than a year and in that time he shot his best friend (even if Tyler deserved it and Jack wasn't the killing shot) There is no chance that he's going to be a decent guy in the long run. I think Ashley will end up telling him about Jack and use that to weasel her way into Daniel's bed. However, Daniel can't do much to Jack without worrying about him spilling the beans (unless he kills him outright).
Nolan and Emily rock as a team and I adore him for trying to protect her. Sweet of him to tell his aunt so she could talk to Emily. Maybe losing Sammy, Amanda/Emily's last tie to her 8 yr old self except memories will end up making her more ruthless in going after the Grayson's. After all, she's lost everything else - her dad, her dog, the real Emily/her friend/almost si

I hate that I saw the photo of Nolan and Emily chained up before seeing this episode. I couldn't enjoy the episode because the whole time I was waiting for that.
As far as Daniel having a master plan, that would be the biggest twist! He just seems so passive and lacking a little common sense. I also kinda think if he had other plans, he'd probably fill Emily in on them, although I can tell his trust is wavering a little.
Nolan is also my favorite character although I must admit Emily has grown on me and I like her a lot more than I initially thought I would. Or maybe I'm just afraid of her!

I loved this episode and love this show. Jack is so true, and I believe Emily/Amanda always loved him but her revenge plan will always come first. Nolan is the best! The loss of Sammy was very touching. Anyone notice how Daniel did not even ask about Sammy as Jack was comforting him at the bar? I did not hear Jack call Emily Amanda, but so glad I taped it so I can watch again. This is indeed my favorite show. Thanks to ABC for bringing it back next season (even though it's on Sunday)!

Two theories:
Daniel is working on a way to bring down his parents (especially Dad) which would mean next season would be seeing both him and Em working to destroy the empire and eventually finding out what the other is doing.
Daniel is true Grayson and Em uses her upcoming injuries to subtly renew doubt about his innocence in the media. She of course will deny but everyone will peg him as an abuser.
I want to know what Ashley is going to do with what she saw through the window.
I also heard Jack call her Amanda at the gravesite.

First...I'm a woman...so Mike is short for real name.
Jack and Emily/Amanda have a definite "pull toward each other".....they just "know"....but don't realize that Emily is Amanda....and she is scare he will realize and blab.
The dog Scene was too sad for enough tears.. We know, those of us who have loved pets...and we always lose. But go on...
Emily/Amanda might be getting to DISLIKE her fiancee...as she now realizes he is his fathers son through and through. Will she eventually do away with him? I wouldn't mind.
OMG! Nolan can't be dead! He's E/A's only ally....and a great character.
Go get'em all E/A!!!!!
This is the best show on tv!

I think the writers let daniel find out and made him do nothing about it to push the love triangle. they know most of their viewers don't like jack so they needed to get rid of his competition. honestly she knew him when they were like 8 they didn't talk for like 15 years and they have barely interacted since she has been back its a horrible love story. hoping daniel has something up his sleeve which honestly i think he does. you don't just completely change who you are over night. he is probably protecting victoria from conrads wrath and is gonna take him down himself

Nolan is not dead, that choke hold was just to render him unconscious, of course the white haired guy needs him alive to find out what is really going on. I am sure he heard the conversation Nolan was having but that is not enough info.
Now when Ems kills him she will have a real reason it will be to save her and Nolan, so it won't be just a murder.
Love how Victoria figured out Conrad's hiding place, she knows him so well. Lydia is tough to figure out here, she is a survivor so she will be trying to figure out which is the winning side before she makes her move.
Sammy dying was sad, but come on he was like 100, seriously he should be in the Guiness book...
You could see what was going to happen with Declan, I was surprised all he did was make one half hearted "it's not what you think" and then let Charlotte go, he could have explained it easily if he wanted to.

I think Emily and Victoria have more in common than Amanda wants to admit. Conrad is the true villian. I think that eventually we will see these two women team up and start working together. They both want to bring Conrad down. They both still love David. I think Chalotte will somehow bring them unto neutral ground. Already looking forward to next season, and this one hasn't even finished yet.
What a great episode last night. You did an excellent recap and commentary.
My question is: How will they keep this charade up of Emily's hidden identity and what will the storyline be after Emily takes down the Grayson clan.
I hope that Nolan is not killed off. He is one of my favorite characters.
However, the best chemistry is between Victoria and Conrad. When they are onscreen the fireworks fly. I hope the writers continue to make great use of these assets.
As far as Daniel is concerned, his true colors are beginning to show. He is a Grayson after all. This should make Emily's plan much easier for him, since his diabolical side is coming out more each episode.
Now Jack and Declan are an entirely different story. They are underutilized characters. The Jack/Emily love connection is not there. Absolutely no chemistry between them. If you look closely, they both have a dark element to their personalities. However, the writers keep pushing them towards the Knight In

Yes, I do have to disagree.....I've liked Jack since day 1. I feel as if people fell for Daniel simply because he was a pretty face. He's been a deusch since day 1.
The Sammy death made me cry. If you ever had a pet who has died you know how hard that is. Pets give unconditional love.
Nolan isn't dead...and I doubt very much that he would be killed off so soon.
