With respect to Gibbs meansuing his basment here is what I am thinking. He is going to either adopt or take care of Mike Frank's granddaughter and daughter-in-law and is going to convert the basement into something for them. He mentioned they were close by after mike franks was killed. Just a thought.

Sam I agree
So a spoiler over at TV guide said that the blast that hit Mcgee which bring out something dark from his past do you think we will finally learn about the car accident mcgee had at 16 year old

I wouldn't mind one way or the other if they did have Gibbs seeing that redhead again, or decided to do a story arc that revealed her identity and what their relationship was back then, and what it is today. IMO, however, I doubt that we will ever see that character again. Too bad. Could make for an interesting story arc.

I know these will most likely not happen but remember back in season 1 throw 3 that had Gibbs dating a redhead woman who in real life is the mother of the actor who play mcgee.
would you like to see that done again with gibbs

Michael, I'm going to surprise you just a bit and agree with you to this extent: I think that both McGee and Abby have been underused the past couple of seasons. That's not the fault of Tiva, because, frankly, Tiva itself was somewhat underused last season, or at least done in a very subtle fashion. Nope, that was the fault of GG and the other writers, who, by GG's own admission, concentrated more on both Gibbs and Tony the last couple of seasons. Note that I said Tony; GG himself said at various points last season that it was a partly Tony centric season last year. These two, along with Ziva, are very popular and get a lot of attention from the media. Based on the spoilers we have gotten, it sounds like Abby is going to get some episodes devoted to her real family. And since it looks like McGee is the one who got hurt worst in the explosion, I have a feeling we're going to get to follow his recovery and how the whole experience has affected him and his ability to do his job.

@Michael Since you INSIST on "Singing the Praises" of CM, and constantly Nitpicking and/or TRASHING NCIS...why don't you just put yourself COMPLETELY out of your Misery and become a full-fledged "CM" fan?? NCIS will NEVER be like that show, because THIS show has a lighter, comedic tone built INTO it that FAVORS the Actors who are in it, such as Weatherly - who PREFERS Humour in his script. He's said repeatedly that it's what he's most comfortable doing. He doesn't LIKE the straight-out serious stuff. NCIS is NEVER going to be hardcore rough/edgy/loveless/BORING like other crime procedurals. If you don't want the Comedy or the "Romantic Tension"....then we've already TOLD you & others like you what to do: Stop Yapping about it & LEAVE.

Michael, you're going to have to tell me what we are disagreeing on here. I think Tony is exactly the character he is today because it is a character driven crime procedural. In the hands of other writers or another actor, Tony would be a pretty one dimensonal character, a frat boy, womanizing jokester. He's far more than that, and yeah, there are times they make him the butt of jokes more than they should. But that plays to the comedic side that MW loves. He's done a fantastic job of showing all the other facets of Tony DiNozzo. By and large, the writing for his character has been good. There will be those, and you are probably one of them, that will say it has been inconsistent. I would agree, and I would say it has been that way at one time or another for all of them. But not the majority of the time, and not to the detriment of any of the characters, including Tony.
Michael

were going to have to disagree on that because if it was true then Tony would not be what he is today

Enjoying all the characters on the show, especially Tony, Abby and Ducky! Please consider it before you do anything dramatic between Tony and Ziva!

Michael, the difference between NCIS and CM is that NCIS is a character driven crime procedural. CM is a more traditional crime procedural that has strong characters with strong personalities. Nevertheless, they take a back seat to the crime of the week.

@SAM
I know sam that what we been asking for since season 5 is a year long badguy see that why I love CM because unlike NCIS they do care about their fans that why their doing a year long bad guy and also why the KILLED the HP shipper before they ruied CM.
Just wish NCIS would do what CM did and put the teenager sex stuff on the back of the storyline instead of making it the star

@Michael You're a sick Puppy. Although I cannot speak for AJA nor anyone else on this site, somehow I have a STRONG feeling that AJA does NOT want or need YOU speaking on her/his "behalf". Do you ever stop to READ BACK the words you post, before submitting them? You sound like someone who's a borderline Schizophrenic. :-( You've "WON"???!!! ROFL What, pray tell, have YOU "won", other than a possible all-expense paid trip to a Pysch Ward Clinic?? The NCIS fans on THIS site "Ship" the SHOW ITSELF - not just two characters ON the show. We like to read & enjoy POSITIVE comments about the show, NOT routine, verbal whipping of our favorite characters. You will NEVER get that, which is why you will NEVER be taken seriously by other NCIS fans.

By the way Michael, have you seen the spoiler for CM concerning how some nutjob is going to be stalking the entire team this season, with them confronting him in this year's SF? Don't know if he is going to try to kill one member of the team or all of them, but sounds like it will be full of suspense.

September 13th, 2012 11:28 PM
Michael, you have already lost both the battle and the war. The good news is that NCIS is the winner! The show will do quite nicely this year with all of the storylines they have in store. Including the slow but steady and eventual get together of Tony and Ziva.
Keep your chin up! Life is pretty good all the way around.

September 13th, 2012 11:22 PM
We are going to win Sam you know why
Because CBS is on thin ice already for all the horrible things they did to CM so if they piss us off even more they are going to become the next NBC

September 13th, 2012 10:51 PM
Oh, and for the record Michael, I have never had any desire to see Tony and Ziva have sex on top of dead people. On the sandy shores of some beach, perhaps, but not dead people. Palmer and Agent Lee came close to doing that. Left me kinda cold.

September 13th, 2012 10:48 PM
Michael, you need to chill out. Relax. Have a good, stiff drink. It would do you a world of good.
Obviously I disagree with everything you said. You have the right to voice your opinion. As does AJA. As do those of us who disagree with you.
The problem you face is this: the show has made the decision to begin the process of putting Tony and Ziva together, which is something they have planned on doing at some point ever since the character of Ziva was introduced. Like I said to AJA, the more you protest it at this point, the more determined they have become to bring it about. Your argument isn't with us boy, your argument is with TPTB of the show and CBS. And I'm sorry, but that's not an argument you are going to win.

SEE! I was right You all are horrible people with your love it or leave it attitude these is why we hate shippers There is MORE to NCIS then TIVA and AJA and the everyone who stand UP to it have every RIGHT to fight for OUR show.
You know what you people have no one to blame for these but yourself if you would keep your dam perverted thoughts about Ziva and Tony having sex on top of dead people and in the middle of the NCIS building then maybe the show would not be going down hill.
I am sick and tried of seeing fans of the show being told to stop watching because they love the show more then the shippers YOU THE SHIPPERS should stop making every single crime drama show about SEX you people are the reason why show like Honey Boo Boo are on the air YOU PEOPLE are the reason why we have not had one good cop crime drama since 2003 YOU PEOPLE need to learn to shut your month and stop shipping every dam good looking actors and actress who appear on a show together.

Always a big NCIS fan, but do not think Jamie Lee Curtis works well as Mark Harmon's love interest. Lauren Holly is more believable, and also the actress who played Abigail. He needs someone with more personality as well as difficult. Otherwise, love the show....!

Personally AJA, I don't care whether you stay, go, or do the Funky Chicken. The only question I have is the one I have yet to get an answer from you on: since it is clear at this point that the show is going to do what you don't want it to do, what will you do? Continue to post here, voicing displeasure? Give up on the show? Watch in sullen silence?
Doing what you have been doing up to now seems to have only resulted in the show deciding to put Tony and Ziva together, or at least start moving them in that direction. Doing more of it will -- what? Cause the show to put them together even faster?
Ziva: I'm sorry if I hurt you in all of this. It was never intended. Tony, I care too much about our…friendship. I do not want it to be awkward betwee...
