Private Practice Sneak Peek: Where's Pete?

by at . Comments

Tim Daly may not be returning to Private Practice, but the status of his character will weigh heavily on the minds of his colleagues when this ABC drama returns on September 25.

That's what happens when you get led off in handcuffs for the "murder" of a patient.

What is going on with Pete? How is Violet reacting to the development? Watch the following clip from next week's "Aftershock" and get your first look at what's to come:

Private Practice Season 6, of course, will mark Kate Walsh's final run on the show.

It's unknown at this time whether or not the series will continue without its star, but Shonda Rhimes has promised an unusually special season either way.

I thought I was the only one confused by Pete's death. How? When? Whats happened? Im searching the web to find something to bring me up to speed, I did watch the end of last season and there was nothing leading to a suggestion of his death.

I am absolutely flabbergasted at how they did away with Tim Daly. I don't know what is going on behind the scenes, but I feel this was disrespectful to the fans. Shonda Rimes, shame on you.

I wish Shonda at least wrote Tim Daly in the season opener. The talking of his character in present tense and hope to the characters that he'll be fine is just an insult to fans.
