I need to rewatch this episode because I'm confused why Emily would even consider helping the WHM clear his name. He killed her father! I mean yeah she hates the Greysons and they need to go down but why help HIM in the process by turning over the tape to him. Why not send it to the police and let them all hang for it? I guess because that would end the season really quickly lol Jack is miserable - Faux-Amanda and him are a nightmare.

Ahhh...Victoria's home, daughter by her side holding her hand, son in tow and "loving" husband by her side...but who knows the TRUTH about EVERYTHING? Our little "Auntie Em," that's who and that's what makes this show tick, or rather WHO makes this show tick. There's a LOT that could happen with that kind of information and it may take a while to weigh all the possibilities...and weight she will and then some! Pretty potent stuff and it makes me happy that Emily will stoop at nothing to make sure everything and everyone is under her control by having "something " on them...and that she does! FUN with a capital F!
I would love for the WHM to know how he was being filmed, by what object, and by whom. This is like Superman/Clark Kent. How does he know and nobody else?
1. He found a hidden camera by nolan in his home.
2. He was implied(after confrontation with Emily) to have noticed the camera in Conrad's office and winked at it, towards Emily.
3. he clearly got interested in that seashell before leaving victoria's hideout.

A note about ratings - it's an imperfect system and subject to interpretation. I look at it as a fan of this particular show, not in comparison to other shows, with 5 being the best possible episode of that show, and saving that for ones that are truly OMG worthy (or O-EM-G, if you will, in this case). I love Revenge and enjoyed this week, as I said above. But I know based on last season that it will up the ante in the coming weeks as some of these new storylines develop and become even more engrossing. Thanks for reading and for your comments!

Emily (Amanda) is not planning for contingencies like she used to.
She's getting sloppy and too soft hearted.
Allowing the white haired guy into the house without a backup is CRAZY. Like she couldn't "see" the possibility of an attack?
She needs to lighten up on her Nolan, after all, he's the one that's given her considerable financial freedom and support through all of this.
I'm in the minority because I like the Jack (knowing) / (the real) Amanda relationship is better than the one with Daniel. They still have that ancient chemistry there.
Now that she has the tape she should release that to the police. That would be the death nail FOR EVERYONE called Grayson!

wow i guess nobody likes the enw writer. hmmm lol. but anyway, awesome episode! nolan had me crackin up with all his quotes tonight. and mama clark was definatly taking off with amanda, wonder if thats why david eventually locked her up cause she was a danger to his child. i LOVED seeing daniel and ems working together, it gives me hope for them. because yes, im still hoping they will find true love with each other. pipe dream i know but still. i was happy to see that jack was actually a little happy with the test results, but i feel bad for fauxmanda with ems lying to her. too bad they had to kill wh, he was a fun enemy/ally

I love this show. It is is clever, witty, draws me in with the plots and characters and it's easy to make a connection with the characters, mainly Victoria and Emily. Victoria is such an ice queen, so shrewed and coniving yet there is something endearing and vulnerable about her. Nolan is my all time favorite character. Jack-BORING! Fauxmanda-BORING! Declan-BORING! Ashley-Victoria is going to eat her alive!

Emily is supposed to have all this martial arts training and yet every time she gets into a situation _ someone else has to rescue her.

I think that WHM fell in love with Emily's mom. Call me crazy but I really think something went on between them. In s1 finale he said that she must get her spunk from her mother. He clearly knows the mother to make that statement. Also he was supposed to kill her, but he didn't. Maybe something about her reminded him of something. No one is born evil, they are created- look at Once for proof. Also why would he kill Emily unless it serves in his best interest that Emily's mother not find out about her. Yes it could be so Americon plot does not get out, but it could also mean something more. Should be interesting to see unfold.
An amazing ep, can't wait for the next one!!! Come one sunday!

I thought Nolan's storyline was pretty lame. I love Nolan, but this storyline and the overacting of the new CEO was not pretty. I hope they don't screw up Nolan by making him into a second Declan.
I agree with Nala about Emilys mom - she was clearly kidnapping her daughter in the first flashback... does anyone know if Kara and Bitchtoria are going up against each other later on? That would surely be nice!
Oh double standards, how I love thee, I guess this was worse than half of Gossip Girl kitsch then, I take it?
Anyway, for me it was pretty much perfect episode for purely the reason that Emily for once did not exactly get what she wants - her plans were turned around and she did not achieve a rift between Victoria and Charlotte. I doubt she will stop trying though.
the only small annoyance in the episode was that Emily had to be saved from white-haired man. I would rather preferred her to defend herself, but I guess writers for some reason want to keep her free from murdering someone. Oh well, and that still is not enough for this brilliant episode to go down to 3.5, because brilliant episode was brilliant.

Good episode. Not the best but they can't all be. Slower until the end when things got real interesting. Can't believe white haired guy went down so easily but hope we can learn more about Aidan next.

I love Victoria...she's so sinister and you never know what she's going to do next. I don't read spoilers so I probably missed something, but: I know Emily's mom is mental, but besides that she doesn't seem that innocent either... I'm looking forward to learn more about her!

I love Nolan quote about Victoria being a scary movie you cannot watch before you go asleep. I wonder when will Daniel figure out Ashley scheme because he is the most clueless person in the house. I want to know why WHM did not kill Emily because of Victoria but will kill her because of her mom.

Steve Marsi is kind of untouchable here, but, yes, with NCIS - and also Gossip Girl - there is another rating system for him: 4.5 stands for barely watchable, 5 - for not really bad. So unless you are the Leroy Jethro Gibbs of the adolescent Upper East Side, you hardly have a chance for a good rating with him.

i have a question: in the promo, is emily smacking Aiden with a pan? or is that someone else (like a police officer)??

When you give the boring and now very predictable NCIS a 4.5 and Revenge 3.5 there is a problem, Get Christine Orlando to review this show like last season and fire this guy ASAP.
