The change in leadership is shaking Seattle Grace to its core.
Three new clips from tonight's Grey's Anatomy, "Transplant Wasteland," illustrate this even more. We've already seen that Jackson is in charge now, and that he forces Owen to quit, at least temporarily.

In another scene, we see who's really calling the shots that Dr. Avery is signing off on. His mother, Catherine, tells her "Sweetheart" Jackson to rubber-stamp deals as the "suits" work out the details:
Later, we see the chaos of the surgery board, which seems to be the collateral damage throughout all of this financial and management turmoil, even though it's what hospitals are designed to do.
