Look out, Madeleine Stowe. Gail O'Grady is coming for you.

The veteran actress (NYPD Blue, Hellcats, Castle) will arrive in The Hamptons on Episode 13 of Revenge Season 3, causing serious trouble for Stowe's Victoria Grayson in the role of Conrad's first wife.

The former Mrs. Grayson, who divorced Conrad 25 years ago, will surprise both him and his current wife when she drops into town.

"That's someone who has always been out there and now we're pretty much planning on having her introduced at some point in time," Revenge showrunner Sunil Nayar told E! News. "We're pretty excited about the part and she brings with her secrets that will also blow you guys away that are going to be great."

This ABC drama wraps up its 2013 run on Sunday but will return in January with three new episodes.

We'll see what story they give her...Charlotte's official bio at the ABC site used to call her "youngest daughter of the Grayson clan",so I figured Conrad and the ex had a couple of daughters, then last year there were rumors of a son of Conrad and ex being cast. Will there be any children after all?
(I'd figured the ex as an oldtime Long Islander (Conrad's entry into the Hamptons),not "West Coast posh").

Revenge Quotes

My father once wrote, always question where your loyalty lies. The people you trust will expect it, your greatest enemies will desire it and those you treasure the most will without fail, abuse it.

Emily Thorne

Upon embarking upon a path of revenge, Confucius warns that one should dig two graves. Confucius was right. The second of the two graves was meant for me. I was only saved by my father's infinite love. I know now that revenge only brings darkness. I couldn't see the light until I considered my father's advice to try and forgive. It's not easy but my father once said that nothing worth doing ever is. Well, with one exception.
