NCIS Photo Preview: Pinpointing Parsa

by at .  Updated at . Comments

With Parsa still on the prowl, the NCIS team will be at a loss to find him on Tuesday's return episode...until the murder of a port authority officer points them in the right direction.

NCIS Season 11 Episode 14 featured Gibbs and the squad tracking down every lead on the infamous terrorist but the most important one may be closer to home than they think. Turns out Ellie Bishop has a past association with the evil Parsa. Can she use it to stop him?

Check out these preview photos of "Monsters and Men," scheduled to air Tuesday, Feb. 4 on CBS - and don't forget that you can watch NCIS online here at TV Fanatic.

Good to See
With his girlfriend in the hospital after Parsa's latest attack, it's good to see McGee smiling and working with the team. I wonder if Tony ever brought him that casserole?

Watched it twice - loved how the writers tied so many things together. Gibbs and Ari, Bishop and Parsa - Bishop and Gibbs at the Baseball cage, a true "probie" again (Ziva was never really a probie) and the rule on a post it. Tony and Tim acting like partners, Abby all grown up and smart again. The only thing missing is Palmer. Leon and Duckie were smooth and in charge. I liked everything about the show.

I tuned out again, it seems to just be the Bishop show, leaving? they just made her an agent. How much face time did Abby get this week? Not interested in Bishop at all. Miss the old Tony and sadly Gibbs seems to have lost his fire. So sad.

The good old days. You mean series one and two when everyone was so much younger and the lead female was Kate.NCIS has become a very predictable show popular when half the US is also looking backward to the good old days after a very deep recession. I am also looking forward the New Orleans series if CBS decides to take it forward. I will definitely watch that show.(re Michael four days ago.) As for Michael Weatherly I agree with you Sue that he is a good actor as I have seen him in other thing both before NCIS and during breaks in filming the show.

Actors can only do what's written on the script. Michael Weatherly is a great actor. I miss the adorable comic, yet solid as a rock, Tony we knew and loved. His jokes are sexist and funny, but he has matured, so he might be a little more subtle. Not a whole lot though, that's what makes his character charming. As for Ziva, Tony needs to move on. Not fully, he'll still have that special place for her, but he is a man. Though, I am sure his relationship with Ziva will cloud his commitment issues even more. I'm anxious to see what the writers do with Tim and Delilah. That should be interesting. Gibbs and Abby are both human. The writers need to beef up their personal lives. And what's happened to Palmer? He's been suspiciously absent lately. I'm really looking forward to the rest of the season, and I can't wait for NCIS New Orleans.

Maybe, maybe, maybe Bishop will soon disappear? I hope the best for this actress, but hope to see the last of her character on NCIS. That character has been wrong for this show.

I hope not she the reason their number 1

The show was the most watched show for the 2012-2013 TV season. That would be Season 10 for NCIS. It was #1 before they even thought her up.

Geez, guess all those past seasons at #1 were just a mirage...I am ever hopeful that this season will somehow get better.

Even though Gibbs isn't in pictures I'm sure he'll get any danger or dramatic moments. Tony isn't ever written to do anything that shows bravery or leadership anymore. That type of flattery goes to everyone but Tony. I think they just put Tony in the spoiler photos because he's a popular character. He doesn't actually do much but click the clicker and provide comic relief.

I'd rather laugh with Tony than be serious with any other character . Michael Weatherly's and Pauley
Perrette's humor is definitely an asset to NCIS. At the beginning of the series, Michael Weatherly and Pauley Perrette decided that they would try to add comedy to their roles. This was a comment by Pauley Perrette on THE TALK. Brian Dietzen is now showing humor in his character also. Tony has been strong indicating leadership, when this is necessary. One of the most memorable recently was when he told Bishop that he is the Senior Field Agent and she should have followed his decision. When it is needed, he is there with bravery and loyalty to help save the day. I'm a little disappointed in Bishop. In my opinion, she is mumbling. Maybe it will get better as time goes on.

Tony has been shown to gotten all his skill back this season that they gave to Ziva

I wish that I could agree with you Michael. While I'm really happy that Tony isn't being written as humiliated in every single episode this year, he hasn't really gotten much focus as an agent. He got some focus in the first couple of episodes, but these stories seemed created to try to placate the "tiva" fans. Tony seems largely irrelevant now as Gibbs has very quickly come to turn to Ellie Bishop to solve all of the puzzles. Tim at least has a little ongoing focus with Delilah. Tony seems back to following everyone else around while they get all the stories. What are the odds the big Senior episode will be another awkward humiliation fest for Tony episode?

@ Pat

Tony solve the last cast and shot the bad guy if anything its Bishop that not being used.

Where's Gibbs i wonder. Pics of Tony with Ducky and Abby usually means Tony is in charge while Gibbs is doing something else

I doubt Tony will do anything. In the preview it becomes apparent that this is another very Gibbs/Bishop centric episode. The only time they show Tony and Tim is when we see them peering timidly around a corner, spying on Gibbs and Bishop. Tony is never put in charge anymore. Last time Gibbs was out, he put Tim in charge. That was the humiliation joke for the week.

NCIS Season 11 Episode 14 Quotes

Gibbs: What are SecNav's orders?
Vance: Now that we have Parsa - press him for intel. Enough to disable his entire terrorist network.
Gibbs: How hard?
Vance: Whatever it takes.

Welcome aboard, probie.
