A very special Duck Dynasty season premiere featured a very special guest last night:
Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal!
The politician stopped by to present Willie with a commerce award - and John Luke was tasked with giving the welcoming speech.

Good ol’ Si volunteers to help… but his heckling of John Luke doesn’t go very well and his suggestion to think about lemon meringue pie in order to stay calm doesn’t exactly work.
Fortunately, Jase rescued John Luke, explaining that Willie likes to "rock the boat" - swaying back and forth as he speaks - and that Si starts every sentence with "hey" and ends with "okay."
There's also a reference to a certain alcoholic gentlemen named Jack.
In the end, the warehouse crew makes John Luke realize that everyone is scared to speak in public.
ELSEWHERE… Miss Kay turned to her daughters-in-law and granddaughter for help in picking out an outfit for the Governor’s arrival.
She asks Phil for approval on her final decision(s), but he just keeps saying each outfit is “the one.” Probably because he really only wears one outfit.
In conclusion, John Luke’s speech goes over just fine and Jindal actually plays basketball with the warehouse guys.
