Roy ran into all kinds of surprising information on Reckless Season 1 Episode 5 when he offered to help Jamie with her pro bono case. Turned out Max wasn't just a client wrongfully accused of murder, he was also her brother.

Jamie shared her history about their heroin addicted mother and the two of them being split up in the foster care system. It had taken her 20 years to track him down. With Roy's help, she got Max exonerated, only to have him take off as soon as he was free.

Elsewhere Terry and Preston were abducted by Russ Waterman, the impatient gun runner waiting for his weapons. Which led to a heist on the evidence room.

And Lee Anne pawned her wedding ring to get documents to help her case.
