Grey's Anatomy Round Table: Are You A Link Fan Now?!

at .

Atticus Lincoln stepped up his game.

On Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Episode 10, Link showed that he has something to bring to the table in the Meredith, DeLuca, and Link love triangle. Also, Teddy was a mess, and Catherine's health is concerning.

Join TV Fanatics Stacy Glanzman, Rachelle Lewis, and Jasmine Blu as they discuss everything!

It was Link's time to shine. Did you enjoy his development? Have you been persuaded to 'ship MerLink?

Stacy: I don't know if I would go as far as to say I "ship" them, but I prefer Link for Meredith to Deluca. I feel like they're trying to force chemistry between Meredith and Deluca, but with Link, it's more of a slow-burn allowing them to get to know each other before throwing them together.

He's also closer to her age and at a similar place in his career/life as she is, and he clearly likes kids, so that's a plus. He also never dated her sister, so there's that.

Rachelle: Nope, I am still not on board with this ’ship. I admit this is the first episode where I have actually liked Link.

He became less cocky and more real but not enough for me to get behind them as a couple. I did enjoy watching them together, but there is no connection or chemistry between them. I feel like they come across more as friends than two people who into each other.

Jasmine: Oh, Stacy. You're a whole mood. Honestly, I'm still not a fan of either 'ship; however, I enjoyed their scenes together, and I liked getting more Link screentime. I can dig it just because it would be something different and everything Stacy said above.

Link is Thor?

Do you think Catherine will survive her surgery?

Stacy: I'm leaning towards yes, but it's hard to guess. I don't think Richard could handle losing someone else in his life right now. He already lost Adele and his sponsor, and he's barely hanging on as it is. I hope she survives for his sake.

Rachelle: I agree with Stacy 100%. Richard has suffered so much loss with Adele, Ellis, and Ollie. It would be so unfair for him to lose Catherine as well. I was not thrilled when they diagnosed her with a tumor in the first place, so I won’t be a very happy fan if the writers killed her off, too.

Jasmine: I sincerely hope not because of everything you two said, but for some reason, I'm concerned about this. On the flip side, Amelia already had a brain tumor and survived. Izzie survived hers years ago. How many tumors can our doctor's get without none of them perishing?!

Teddy clashed with nearly everyone, and now she's taking over Trauma and sticking around. How do you feel about Teddy's arc this season?

Stacy: I'm not a fan. It's messy and complicated, and I wish they never brought her back, honestly. I'm pretty sure Owen would need to clear his demotion and her promotion with Alex too before offering his job.

I do like that he's willing to make that sacrifice though, as Teddy did give up a lot in Germany so that he could be in his kid's life and stay in Seattle with Amelia.

Rachelle: I do not like her this season, and the whole way she went about keeping her pregnancy a secret. I also don’t like how she used to be such a strong woman; now she seems more like a damsel in distress who needs Owen to help her.

I, too, understand she gave a lot to ensure Owen stayed in their child’s life without forcing him to give up Amelia. I applaud her for that, but I feel like she is going to use that to get what she wants out of Owen.

Jasmine: The majority of my review and replies in the comment section were Teddy rants. I'll cosign what you ladies said. I found her storyline disappointing this season. I do hate the damsel in distress vibe.

Owen giving her his job without clearing it with Alex first is absurd, and Owen did right by her for a change, but it does feel like she's going to use her choice to hold over his head whenever she pleases.

Teddy's Confession - Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Episode 8

Owen chose Amelia, and Teddy may be hitting it off with Tom. React.

Stacy: I'm glad they didn't drag out Owen's decision. I hope now that it's been made, he doesn't change his mind. As for Teddy and Tom, that would be a little weird considering how close he is to Amelia, but it would help put the love triangle entirely to rest if she has a potential love interest.

Rachelle: I am so happy he chose Amelia. I think they have come a long way and do genuinely love each other. I was rooting for them to stay together. I like Teddy and Tom. I think they had a connection. It would be good for Teddy to have someone to focus on besides Owen.

Jasmine: So Teddy may end up with Amelia's leftovers?! LOL! I'm sorry, I kid. I'm happy Owen chose Amelia. I have adored the family that they have created, and they are both in a healthy place for their relationship. It can stick this time.

I like Teddy and Tom, too. I liked Meredith and Tom, but I knew that was a long shot, and I suspected a Teddy/Tom pairing was on the horizon. I thought their scene together was adorable. Tom's a great guy beneath all of that arrogance, and he would treat her right.

Amelia Learns the Truth - Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Episode 9

Which storyline are you the most invested in right now?

Stacy: I'm curious to see what happens with Catherine's cancer. I'm also interested in Bailey working to get a handle on her OCD and stress.

Rachelle: Bailey working and handling her stress is the story that most interests me right now. I also like the Owen, Amelia and Betty storyline, especially now that Owen chose Amelia. I am curious to see how Catherine’s illness affects Richard. He just now got a new sponsor, so it will be interesting to see how he deals with it.

Jasmine: I'll go with Catherine right now because it's so important. I love the Owen/Amelia/ Betty family feels too.

Richard Mentors Betty - Tall - Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Episode 9

What was your favorite moment?

Stacy: It was Link pretending to be Thor and playing with the kids. It was pretty adorable.

Rachelle: I like Jo telling Alex she was glad he was alive and loved her. She was truly affected by her patient that was in a coma. It is nice to see just a nice sweet loving moment amidst all the chaos at Grey Sloan.

Jasmine: I enjoyed the Link scenes and sassy Maggie.
