Annie Norris is a member of the Police Women's Bureau.

During an era, when women were merely allowed to do menial tasks and not actual police work, Annie is the smartest person in the room. She struggles with being undermined, under-used and, overall, against the sexism of the 1970s. However, she's the one person Sam can turn to to help guide him in his new world.
