Chief Wiggum

Clancy Wiggum is the chief of police for Springfield on The Simpsons.  Wiggum is voiced by Hank Azaria and is best known as "Police Chief Wiggum."  Clancy is a little plump and is married to an equally plump Sarah who helped him produce one of the funniest children on television... Ralph.
